Abstract

ABSTRAK PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA BANTUAN PRAKTIKUM FISIKA BERBASIS VIDEO (PhET DAN FILMORA) PADA MATERI SUHU DAN KALOR Oleh: Gandung Hadi Prayugo Pelajaran yang harus di kembangkan pada zaman era globalisasi salah satunya adalah sains. Fisika adalah salah satu cabang dari ilmu pengetahuan alam berupa sains. Berdasarkan hasil observasi menyatakan bahwa pemahamanpeserta didik masih rendah ketika pembelajara fisika disekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan media bantuan praktikum berupa video simulasi praktikum. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Research and Development. Populasi penelitian ini adalah peserta didik dari sekolah yang ada di Jati Agung yaitu SMA Karya Mataram, SMA Tunas Bangsa, dan SMKN1 Merbau Mataram Lampung Selatan. . Instrumen pada penelitian ini adalah Kuesioner berupa pertanyaan untuk mengukur tingkat keterampilan proses sains peserta didik. Hasil penelitian, diperoleh dengan beberapa validasi dan respon peserta didik dengan menggunakan skala likert. Berdasarkan penilaian para ahli dengan kriteria “sangat baik” yang artinya dalam kategori produk ini layak dengan hasil persentase validasi ahli materi dengan hasil rata-rata 85,1%, persentase validasi ahli media dengan hasil rata�rata 78,56%, respon peserta didik dilakukan dengan menilai kelayakan dari media bantuan praktikum berupa video simulasi praktikum yang dikembangkan dengan nilai rata-rata penilaian respon peserta didik sebesar 81,4%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan video simulasi pada materi suhu dan kalor sangat baik digunakan sebagai media bantuan praktikum disekolah. Kata kunci : Media bantuan praktikum, video simulasi praktikum, Research and Development ii ABSTRACT The General Election Commission is a state institution that organizes general elections in Indonesia, which include the General Election for Members of the DPR/DPD/DPRD, the General Election for the President and Vice President, as well as the General Election for Regional Heads and Deputy Regional Heads. The General Election Commission cannot be on an equal footing with other state institutions whose powers are determined and granted by the 1945 Constitution. The low participation of first-time voters is due to the lack of political awareness of voters to exercise their right to vote due to a lack of political education for first-time voters. Therefore, this is where the importance of the KPU's role in carrying out its role is in accordance with Law Number 7 of 2017 article 18 letter j which states: "Socializing Election Administration and/or related to the duties and authorities of Regency/Municipal KPU to the public". The formulation of the problems in this study are: (1) How is the performance of the Bandar Lampung City General Election Commission (KPU) in Disseminating Law Number 7 of 2017 Article 18; (2) How is the Fiqh Review of Siyasah Tanfidziyyah on the General Election Commission (KPU) Socialization Efforts of Bandar Lampung City regarding Law Number 7 of 2017 Article 18 Letter J. This research is field research using an empirical normative approach, in this case by looking at the facts on the ground about how the performance of the Bandar Lampung City KPU socializes the 2019 elections. This research uses interview and documentation data collection techniques. Primary data was obtained directly by respondents regarding the performance of the Bandar Lampung City KPU in socializing the 2019 Election, while secondary data in the form of theories and legal norms as well as other supporting data were obtained from the literature, documentation, and data archives of the Bandar Lampung City KPU. All of these data are materials to describe the performance of the Bandar Lampung City KPU in promoting the election in 2019. The results showed that the performance of the Bandar Lampung City KPU in disseminating Law Number 7 of 2017 had supporting and inhibiting factors, namely internal factors, namely the political awareness of the community which was still low and the level of education in Bandar Lampung City which was not too low which made it easier for the City KPU Bandar Lampung To conduct outreach. Meanwhile, on external factors, there is the role of the government and political parties in assisting the ongoing socialization carried out by the KPU of Bandar Lampung City. The fiqh siyasah tandfiziyah perspective on KPU performance in Bandar Lampung City is in line with Islamic teachings because it is carried out based on principles such as justice, honesty, deliberation, trustworthiness and equality although not all Islamic principles in its implementation are in line with Islamic teachings or fiqh siyasa in determining leader.
