Abstract

ABSTRAK Tingkat pengangguran berdasarkan lulusan perguruan tinggi pada tahun 2021 masih cukup besar. Hal ini ikut mengidentifikasi bahwa lulusan perguruan tinggi juga ikut menyumbang bertambahnya pengangguran di Indonesia. Lulusan Diploma dan sarjana seharusnya mampu menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan untuk mengurangi masalah ekonomi, tetapi malah ikut menambah jumlah pengangguran. Ini disebabkan lulusan Diploma dan sarjana lebih banyak berpotensi mencari pekerjaan dibanding menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan atau memulai usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam UIN Raden Intan Lampung. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 129 responden dengan penarikan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus solvin. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan software SmartPLS 4 untuk pengolahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel modal usaha dan pendidikan kewirausahaan mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa FEBI UIN Raden Intan Lampung. Variabel self efficacy mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa FEBI UIN Raden Intan Lampung. Variabel modal usaha dan pendidikan kewirausahaan mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap self efficacy mahasiswa FEBI UIN Raden Intan Lampung. Variabel self efficacy mampu memediasi pengaruh modal usaha dan pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa FEBI UIN Raden Intan Lampung. Penerapan Modal Usaha, Pendidikan Kewirausahaan, Self Efficacy dan Minat Berwirausaha dalam Perspektif Bisnis Syariah sudah sangat baik. Kata Kunci: Modal Usaha, Pendidikan Kewirausahaan, Self Efficacy, Minat Berwirausaha. ABSTRAK The unemployment rate based on college graduates in 2021 is still quite large. This also identifies that university graduates also contribute to the increase in unemployment in Indonesia. Diploma and bachelor graduates should be able to create jobs to reduce economic problems, but instead contribute to increasing the number of unemployed. This is because Diploma and Bachelor graduates have more potential to find work than creating jobs or starting a business. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research was conducted on students of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, UIN Raden Intan Lampung. The research sample was 129 respondents with non-probability sampling using purposive sampling technique. Determination of the sample using the solvin formula. Data collection through questionnaires. The data analysis method uses partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4 software for data processing. The results showed that the variables of business capital and entrepreneurship education had a significant positive effect on the interest in entrepreneurship of FEBI students at UIN Raden Intan Lampung. The self-efficacy variable has a significant positive influence on the interest in entrepreneurship of FEBI students at UIN Raden Intan Lampung. The variables of business capital and entrepreneurship education have a significant positive effect on the self-efficacy of FEBI students at UIN Raden Intan Lampung. The self�efficacy variable is able to mediate the effect of business capital and entrepreneurship education on the interest in entrepreneurship of FEBI students at UIN Raden Intan Lampung. The application of Business Capital, Entrepreneurship Education, Self Efficacy and Interest in Entrepreneurship in the Sharia Business Perspective is very good.
