Abstract

ABSTRAK Berdasarkan pantauan yang dilakukan oleh penulis, penulis menemukan beberapa masalah yang ada di PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Liwa yaitu karyawan diminta melakukan pekerjaan yang tidak seharusnya ia kerjakan atau diluar deskripsi pekerjaannya. mengerjakan pekerjaan pada divisi lain, yang menyebabkan kurangnya efektifitas dalam mengerjakan tugasnya. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini, yaitu apakah Role Conflict, Organizational Citizenship Behavior,dan Mutasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dalam perspektif etika bisnis Islam studi pada PT.PLN (Persero) ULP Liwa. Sedangkan tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Role Conflict, Organizational Citizenship Behavior,dan Mutasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dalam perspektif etika bisnis Islam studi pada PT.PLN (Persero) ULP Liwa Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode analisis Partial least Squer (PLS). Populasi Penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT.PLN (Persero) ULP Liwa, sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 35 responden. Dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Non probability sampling. Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian, didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang Positif namun tidak signifikan antara variabel Role Conflict terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh yang Negatif namun tidak signifikan antara variabel organizational citizenship behavior terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Dan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Variabel Mutasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan,selanjutnya dalam tinjauan Etika Bisnis Islam Kinerja dalam islam sendri identik dengan tanggung jawab,yaitu Bertanggung Jawab atas pekerjaanya dan Membantu satu sama lain. Role Conflict pada dasarnya tidak boleh dilakukan karna dalam pemberian kerja tidak boleh mengabaikan prinsipprinsip kemanusiaan, keadilan dan kesetaraan, Organizational Citizenship Behavior dalam Islam sendiri identik dengan ikhlas, yaitu tanpa mengharapkan imbalan apapun, dan karyawan yang di Mutasi tanggung jawab atas jabatannya yang baru sesuai dengan prinsif Etika Bisnis islam yaitu tanggung jawab. Kata Kunci: Role Conflict, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Mutasi, Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT Based on the observations made by the author, the author found several problems in PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Liwa, that is, employees are asked to do work that they are not supposed to do or that are outside their job description. doing work in other divisions, which causes a lack of effectiveness in carrying out their duties. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether Role Conflict, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and Mutations affect Employee Performance in the perspective of Islamic business ethics studied at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Liwa. While the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Role Conflict, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and Mutations on Employee Performance in the perspective of Islamic business ethics studied at PT.PLN (Persero) ULP Liwa This research is a quantitative study using the Partial least Squer (PLS) analysis method. The population of this study were all employees at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Liwa, the sample in this study was 35 respondents. And the sampling technique using non�probability sampling. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there is a positive but not significant influence between the Role Conflict variables on Employee Performance. There is a negative but not significant effect between organizational citizenship behavior variables on employee performance. And there is a positive and significant influence between Mutation Variables on Employee Performance, and in a review of Islamic Business Ethics Performance in Islam itself is synonymous with responsibility, namely being responsible for one's work and helping one another. Role conflict basically should not be done because the giving of work should not ignore the principles of humanity, justice and equality. Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Islam itself is synonymous with sincerity, that is, without expecting anything in return. Islam believes that work is a worship. Furthermore, employees who are transferred are responsible for their new positions in accordance with the principles of Islamic Business Ethics, namely responsibility.
