Abstract

ABSTRAK Manusia merupakan makhluk sosial yang saling membutuhkan dan tidak dapat hidup sendiri atau mencukupi kebutuhan sendiri. Manusia juga dalam kehidupannya sangat membutuhkan agama atau bisa dikatakan bahwa manusia hidup tidak terlepas dari adanya agama. Maka dari itu manusia membutuhkan agama didalam hidupnya sebagai pegangan hidup didunia maupun diakhirat agar semua itu dapat dicapai maka harus dapat menyeimbangkan antara dua kebutuhan yaitu kebutuhan jasmani dan kebutuhan rohani. Maka dari itu pentingnya menerapkan religiusitas dalam kehidupan, religiusitas yang dimaksud merupakan cara bagaimana manusia menyikapi aturan aturan yang sudah ada di agama dan mengimplementasikan didalam kehidupan sehari-hari untuk mencukupi kebutuhan rohani sedangkan untuk mencukupi kebutuhan jasmani sebagai manusia senantiasa bekerja untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup. Bekerja di PT sebagai buruh dituntut untuk memiliki etos kerja tetapi juga diimbangi dengan tetap melaksanakan kewajiban sebagai seorang muslim walaupun dengan badan yang sangat letih. Berdasarkan latar belakang diatas maka muncul 3 rumusan masalah yaitu bagaimana religiusitas buruh, bagaimana etos kerja buruh dan bagaimana dampak religiusitas buruh terhadap etos kerja buruh pabrik PT Agung Jayaraya Indonesia. Jenis penelitian dalam skripsi ini adalah field research atau penelitian lapangan dengan sifat penelitian deskriftif kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan suatu hal seperti kondisi apa adanya yang ada dilapangan. Metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Fokus penelitian ini adalah bagaimana religiusitas dan etos kerja buruh PT Agung Jayaraya Indonesia dan bagaimana dampak religiusitas terhadap etos kerja buruh PT Agung Jayaraya Indonesia. Berdasarkan temuan-temuan yang diteliti dilapangan religiusitas 10 responden buruh meliputi sholat, puasa dibulan ramadhan, bersedekah, membaca Al-Qur’an, sholawat dan membaca doa bersama ketika mulai bekerja. Etos kerja 10 responden buruh pabrik meliputi kedisiplinan, bertanggung jawab dan kejujuran. Adanya dampak positif antara religiusitas terhadap etos kerja buruh sehingga terciptalah profesionalisme kerja yang baik. Kata Kunci : Religiusitas, Etos Kerja, Buruh ABSTRACT Humans are social creatures who need each other and cannot live alone or fulfill their own needs. Humans also in their lives really need religion or it can be said that human life cannot be separated from the existence of religion. Therefore, humans need religion in their lives as a guide to life in the world and in the hereafter so that all of this can be achieved, they must be able to balance between two needs, namely physical needs and spiritual needs. Therefore the importance of implementing religiosity in life, religiosity in question is the way how humans respond to the rules that already exist in religion and implement them in everyday life to meet spiritual needs while to meet physical needs as humans always work to make ends meet. Working at PT as a laborer is required to have a work ethic but also balanced with continuing to carry out obligations as a Muslim even though with a very tired body. Based on the background above, 3 problem formulations emerge, namely how is the religiosity of the workers, how is the work ethic of the workers and how is the impact of the religiosity of the workers on the work ethic of the factory workers at PT Agung Jayaraya Indonesia. The type of research in this thesis is field research or field research with the nature of qualitative descriptive research, namely research that aims to describe and explain things such as conditions as they exist in the field. Methods of data collection by interviews, observation and documentation. The focus of this research is how the religiosity and work ethic of the workers of PT Agung Jayaraya Indonesia and how the impact of religiosity on the work ethic of the workers of PT Agung Jayaraya Indonesia. Based on the findings examined in the field of religiosity of 10 labor respondents including praying, fasting in the month of Ramadan, giving alms, reading the Qur'an, praying and reading prayers together when starting work. The work ethic of 10 factory worker respondents includes discipline, responsibility and honesty. There is a positive impact between religiosity on the work ethic of workers so that good work professionalism is created. Keywords: Religiosity, Work Ethic, Labor
