Abstract

ABSTRAK Kompetensi pedagogik merupakan salah satu kemampuan yang harus di miliki oleh seorang guru dalam mengajar di dalam kelas, kompetensi pedagogik yang dimiliki guru dapat digunakan untuk memahami peserta didik dengan baik dan mampu menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran aktif, inovatif,efektif, menyenangkan serta akan lebih mampu mengelola kelasnya sehingga hasil belajar siswa berada pada tingkat optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap hasil belajar Aqidah Akhlak siswa kelas X MA Al-Falah Krui Pesisir Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang berjenis assosiatif yang bersifat korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa MA Al-Falah Krui. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara, angket, tes, dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dengan alat bantu aplikasi SPSS IBM 21 windows. Berdasarkan data penelitian yang di hitung menggunakan uji hipotesis uji t dengan taraf signifikansi 5% dengan menggunakan SPSS IBM 21 windows di dapatkan nilai sig <0,05 dengan demikian Ho di tolak dah H1 di terima, sehingga dapat di simpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif signifikan antara pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap hasil belajar Aqidah akhlak siswa kelas x MA Al-Falah Krui Pesisir Barat. dan hasil perhitungan tersebut juga di ambil dari nilai koefisien determinasi (R2 )sebesar 0,574 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa presentase pengaruh variabel kompetensi pedagogik terhadap Hasil belajar Aqidah akhlak dapat menjelaskan pengaruhnya sebesar 57,4%. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru, Hasil Belajar Siswa ABSTRACT Pedagogic competence is one of the abilities that must be owned by a teacher in teaching in the classroom, the pedagogic competence possessed by the teacher can be used to understand students well and be able to create an active, innovative, effective, fun learning environment and will be better able to manage the class so that student learning outcomes are at an optimal level. This study aims to determine whether there is a significant influence between the teacher's pedagogical competence on the learning outcomes of Aqidah Akhlak class X MA Al-Falah Krui Pesisir Barat. This study uses a quantitative associative type method that is correlational. The population in this study were all students of MA Al-Falah Krui. The sampling technique used in this research is total sampling. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, questionnaires, tests, documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used simple linear regression with the IBM 21 windows SPSS application tool. Based on research data calculated using the hypothesis test t test with a significance level of 5% using SPSS IBM 21 windows, the sig value <0.05 is obtained, thus Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is a significant positive effect between the effect of teacher pedagogic competence on learning outcomes Aqidah morals class x MA Al-Falah Krui Pesisir Barat. and the results of these calculations are also taken from the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.574. This indicates that the percentage influence of the pedagogical competency variable on learning outcomes of Aqidah morals can explain the effect of 57.4%.
