Abstract

ABSTRAK Nilai perusahaan merupakan nilai wajar perusahaan yang menggambarkan penilaian investor terhadap emiten tertentu yang selalu terkait dengan harga saham. Saat mengukur nilai perusahaan, investor dapat menggunakan laporan keuangan perusahaan untuk menganalisis fundamentalnya melalui rasio keuangan. Perhitungan rasio dapat dijadikan sebagai indikator yang dapat mengukur tingkat likuiditas, leverage, dan growth opportunity suatu perusahaan. Selain itu, peneliti tertarik untuk mengetahui pengaruh likuiditas, leverage dan growth opportunity terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan cara purposive sampling. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan teknik dokumentasi dengan jenis data sekunder yaitu berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan sektor kesehatan yang terdaftar di Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia (ISSI) periode 2017-2021 yang diperoleh dari ww.idx.co.id dan website perusahaan terkait. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS Ver. 25. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil bahwa likuiditas yang diproksikan dengan current ratio (CR) berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, leverage yang diproksikan dengan debt to equity ratio (DER) berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan growth opportunity yang diproksikan dengan price earnings ratio (PER) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Dalam perspektif islam, pengaturan mengenai likuiditas dan leverage dapat dijelaskan pada hadits riwayat Bukhari no. 2126 dan Muslim no. 3005. Growth opportunity dijelaskan pada hadits riwayat Ahmad no 18554 dan Ibnu Majah no. 2191. Nilai perusahaan yang diproksikan dengan PBV dijelaskan pada Q.S. Al-Ahqaaf ayat 19. Kata kunci: likuiditas, leverage, growth opportunity, nilai perusahaan ABSTRACT Firm value is the company's fair value which describes the investor's assessment of a particular issuer which is always related to the stock price. When measuring company value, investors can use the company's financial statements to analyze its fundamentals through financial ratios. The calculation of the ratio can be used as an indicator that can measure the level of liquidity, leverage, and growth opportunity of a company. In addition, researchers are interested in knowing the effect of liquidity, leverage and growth opportunities on firm value. This research is a quantitative research. The sampling technique by means of purposive sampling. The data collection technique was carried out using documentation techniques with secondary data types, namely in the form of financial reports of health sector companies listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) for the period 2017-2021 obtained from ww.idx.co.id and related company websites. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS Ver. program. 25. This study found that liquidity which is proxied by the current ratio (CR) has a positive effect on firm value, leverage which is proxied by the debt to equity ratio (DER) has a negative effect on firm value, and growth opportunity which is proxied by the price earnings ratio (PER) is not effect on firm value. From an Islamic perspective, arrangements regarding liquidity and leverage can be explained in the hadith narrated by Bukhari no. 2126 and Muslim no. 3005. Growth opportunity is explained in the hadith narrated by Ahmad no 18554 and Ibnu Majah no. 2191. The value of the company proxied by PBV is explained in Q.S. Al-Ahqaaf 19.
