Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini menjelaskan mengenai fenomena yang terjadi kepada karyawan generasi Z di Provinsi Lampung. Fenomena yang akan dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah fenomena destructive leadership yaitu dan workplace bullying. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: apakah destructive leadership berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap psychological distress, apakah workplace bullying berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap psychological distress dalam perspektif bisnis syariah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjawab rumusan masalah tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan generasi Z di Provinsi Lampung. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 80 responden. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara purposive sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan SEM (structural equation modeling) dengan menggunakan partial least square (PLS) dan pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan software SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hipotesis pertama didukung, yaitu semakin tinggi seorang pemimpin melakukan sikap destructive leadership (X1) maka semakin tinggi kemungkinan terjadinya psychological distress (Y). Hipotesis kedua juga didukung, yaitu apabila semakin sering seseorang menerima perilaku workplace bullying (X2) maka semakin tinggi pula kemungkinan penerima sikap bullying mengalami psychological distress (Y). Dalam islam kita diajarkan untuk senantiasa bersika baik kepada sesama. Seorang pemimpin diperbolehkan untuk bersikap tegas namun tidak menyakiti, baik secara fisik maupun psikis. . Kata kunci : Destructive leadership, workplace bullying dan psychological distress ABSTRACT This study describes the phenomena that occured in Generation Z in Lampung Province. The phenomenon that will be studied in this study is the phenomenon of destructive leadership and bullying in the workplace. The formulation of the problem in this study is: does destructive leadership partially affect psychological distress, whether workplace bullying in the workplace has a partial effect on psychological distress from a sharia business perspective. The purpose of this study is to answer the formulation of the problem. This study uses a quantitative approach. This research was conducted on Generation Z employees in Lampung Province. The sample in this study were 80 respondents. Sampling was done by purposive sampling. The data analysis method uses SEM (structural equation modeling) using partial least squares (PLS) and data processing is carried out using SmartPLS 3 software. The results show that the first hypothesis is supported, namely the higher a leader performs a destructive leadership attitude (X1), the higher the possibility of psychological pressure (Y). The second hypothesis is also supported, namely if someone often accepts bullying behavior in the workplace (X2), the higher the probability that the recipient of the bullying attitude will experience psychological pressure (Y). In Islam, we are taught to be kind to each other. A leader who looks real but doesn't hurt, either physically or psychologically. ..
