Abstract

ABSTRAK Pekerjaan merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan manusia untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup bagi dirinya sendiri dan keluarga. Seperti yang terjadi didesa labuhan ratu VII banyak ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang berperan dalam mencari nafkah sebagai tenaga kerja wanita diluar negeri dengan harapan dapat membantu meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga. Pekerjaan tersebut dilakukan karena adanya dorongan ekonomi yang dirasa masih belum dapat tercukupi dikarenakan suami belum memiliki pekerjaan yang tetap bahkan suami tidak bekerja hal tersebut mengakibatkan banyaknya kebutuhan rumah tangga yang tidak seimbang dengan pemasukan atau pendapatan keluarga. Keadaan tersebut membuat wanita-wanita dari Desa labuhan ratu VII memutuskan untuk merantau menjadi TKW keluar negeri demi mencapai kesejahteraan keluarga. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran tenaga kerja wanita diluar negeri untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di desa labuhan ratu VII. Serta untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran tenaga kerja wanita diluar negeriuntukmeningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di desa labuhan ratu VII dalam perspektif ekonomi islam. Dilihat dari jenisnya Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data peneliti berupa data primer yang didapatkan dari narasumber melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dan data sekunder diperoleh dari jurnal atau referensi yang berhubungan dengan penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, menunjukkan bahwa peran serta TKW diluar negeri sangat membantu untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Secara keseluruhan wanita yang bekerja sebagai TKW diluar negeri sudah dapat membantu memenuhi kebutuhan hidup keluarga baik sandang, pangan, papan, maupun pendidikan bagi anak-anak. Dimana Istri lebih memprioritaskan kebutuhan primer, dibandingkan kebutuhan sekunder dan tersiernya. Menurut perspektif ekonomi islam wanita yang ikut berperan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga di Desa Labuhan Ratu VII, sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan-ketentuan dalam Islam. Pemenuhan kesejahteraan tersebut berdasarkan indikator yang dijelaskan di dalam Al-Qur’an Surat Al-Quraisy ayat 3-4 yaitu : menyembah kepada Tuhan (Allah SWT), maka Allah akan menghilangkan rasa lapar dan menghilangkan rasa takut.Tetapi berdasarkan Fatwa Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) menyadari, TKW yang selama ini berkerja di luar negeri masih banyak yang belum mendapatkan perlindungan. Demikian MUI sangat berharap kepada pihak-pihak terkait, terutama pemerintah untuk lebih serius menangani persoalan TKI secara umum dan TKW secara khusus, sehingga perlindungan terhadap keselamatan dan kehormatan para TKW dapat dijaga, demi harkat dan martabat bangsa dan agama Islam. Kata Kunci : Tenaga Kerja Wanita, Kesejahteraan Masyarakat ABSTRACT Work is a very important thing in human life to meet the needs of life for himself and his family. As happened in the village of Labuhan Ratu VII, many housewives play a role in earning a living as female workers abroad in the hope of helping improve the family economy. The work was carried out because of the economic impetus that was felt to be insufficient because the husband did not have a permanent job and even the husband did not work, this resulted in many household needs that were not balanced with family income or income. This situation made the women from the village of Labuhan Ratu VII decide to migrate to become TKW abroad in order to achieve family welfare. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of female workers abroad to improve the welfare of the community in the village of Labuhan Ratu VII. As well as to find out how the role of female workers abroad is to improve the welfare of the community in the village of Labuhan Ratu VII in an Islamic economic perspective. Judging from the type The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Sources of research data in the form of primary data obtained from sources through observation, interviews, and documentation and secondary data obtained from journals or references related to research. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it shows that the participation of TKW abroad is very helpful to improve the welfare of the community. Overall, women who work as TKW abroad have been able to help meet the needs of family life, including clothing, food, housing, and education for children. Where the wife prioritizes primary needs, compared to secondary and tertiary needs. According to the Islamic economic perspective, women who play a role in improving family welfare in Labuhan Ratu VII Village are in accordance with Islamic provisions. The fulfillment of this welfare is based on the indicators described in the Qur'an Surah Al-Quraish verses 3-4, namely: worshiping God (Allah SWT), then Allah will eliminate hunger and eliminate fear. But based on the Fatwa of the Indonesian Ulema Council ( MUI) realizes that there are still many TKW who have been working abroad who have not received protection. Thus, the MUI really hopes for the relevant parties, especially the government to be more serious in handling the problems of TKI in general and TKW in particular, so that the protection of the safety and honor of the TKW can be maintained, for the sake of the dignity of the nation and the religion of Islam.
