Abstract

ABSTRAK PENGARUH PEMBELAJARAN BLENDED LEARNING DENGAN PENDEKATAN STEM TERHADAP LITERASI SAINS PESERTA DIDIK KELAS XI SMAN 1 PADANG CERMIN Oleh : Mujiyanti Ditemukannya kasus literasi sains yang masih rendah di SMAN 1 Padang Cermin, maka perlu adanya penerapan model dan metode yang dapat meningkatkan literasi sains. Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman saat ini, banyak para ahli yang telah mengembangkan model pembelajaran yang dapat menjadikan peserta didik lebih aktif dalam proses pembelajaran salah satu model pembelajaran yang dapat menjadikan peserta didik untuk lebih aktif dalam proses pembelajaran adalah model pembelajaran blended learning dengan pendekatan STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering And Mathematics). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran blended learning dengan pendekatan STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering And Mathematics) berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan literasi sains peserta didik. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan tes. Uji coba instrumen dengan menggunakan uji validitas, reabilitas, tingkat kesukaran dan daya beda. Metode analisis data dengan menggunakan, effect size, uji N gain, Uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji T. selain itu uji hasil observasi keterlaksanan model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan model pembelajaran blended learning dengan pendekatan STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering And Mathematics) berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan literasi sains peserta didik. Kunci : STEM, Blended Learning, Literasi Sains. iii ABSTRCT THE EFFECT OF BLENDED LEARNING WITH A STEM APPROACH TO SCIENCE LITERATURE FOR CLASS XI STUDENTS OF SMAN 1 PADANG CERMIN By : Mujiyanti The discovery of cases of scientific literacy that is still low at SMAN 1 Padang Cermin, it is necessary to apply models and methods that can improve scientific literacy. Along with the current era, many experts have developed learning models that can make students more active in the learning process. One of the learning models that can make students more active in the learning process is the blended learning model with a STEM (Science) approach. , Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). This study aims to determine the effect of the blended learning model with the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) approach on the students' scientific literacy skills. The study used a quantitative approach, with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and tests. Test the instrument by using the test of validity, reliability, level of difficulty and discriminating power. The method of data analysis using, effect size, N gain test, normality test, homogeneity test and T test. In addition to testing the results of model implementation observations. The results showed that the blended learning model with the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) approach had an effect on students' scientific literacy skills.
