Abstract

ABSTRAK i Di sebutkan bahwa guru adalah pendidik professional dengan tugas utama mendidik, mengajar, membimbing, mengarahkan, melatih, menilai, dan mengevaluasi peserta didik pada pendidikan anak usia dini jalur pendidikan formal, pendidikan dasar, dan pendidikan menengah. Tujuan idilakukannya ipenelitian iini iyaitu iuntuk imengetahui iApakah iTerdapat iPengaruh iManajemen iStrategis iTerhadap iKinerja iGuru idi iMasa iPandemi iCovid i19 idi iMIN i1 iLampung iBarat. Untuk imendapatkan isuatu idata, iinformasi idan ifakta iyang iakan imenunjukkan idan imenerangkan ipermasalahan, ipenulis idengan iini imenggunakan imetode ikuantitatif. iJenis ipengumpulan idata idalam ipenelitian iini iialah idengan imenggunakan ipenelitian ilapangan i(field iresearch) iialah ipenelitian iyang idilakukan isecara ilangsung idengan imengumpulan idata idan iinformasi iyang idiperoleh iselama ipenelelitian iberlangsung idilapangan idari iresponden idan imengamati ikeadaan isecara ilangsung. Berdasarkan hasil yang di dapat dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Manajemen strategis dan kinerja guru di MIN 1 dan MIN 2 Lampung Barat. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari nilai korelasi koefesien variabel manajemen strategis (X) dan variabel kinerja guru (Y) sebesar 0,458 dengan taraf signifikansi (Sig) 0,05. Diperoleh juga nilai R square sebesar 0,015. Hal ini dapat di artikan bahwa 01,5% pengaruh manajemen strategis terhadap kinerja guru, sedangkan 99,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dipakai dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci : kinerja guru, pembelajaran online iv ABSTRACT Teachers are professional educators whose main task is to educate, teach, instruct, instruct, train, assess, and evaluate students in early childhood education through formal, primary, and secondary education. The purpose of conducting this research is to find out if there is an influence of Strategic Management in Teachers' Performance in the Covid 19 Pandemic in MIN 1 Lampung West. To obtain data, information and facts that will show and explain the problem, the author uses quantitative methods. there is a type of data collection in this research, namely I by using field research I (field iresearch) is the research I conducted directly by collecting idata and old research information which was conducted directly by I data collection. Based on the results obtained from this study, it shows that there is no significant effect between strategic management and teacher performance in MIN 1 and MIN 2 West Lampung. This can be seen from the correlation coefficient of the strategic management variable (X) and the teacher performance variable (Y) of 0.458 with a significance level (Sig) of 0.05. Also obtained the value of R square of 0.015. It can be interpreted that 01.5% influence of strategic management on teacher performance, while 99.8% is influenced by other factors that are not used in this study.
