Abstract

ABSTRAK Science Technology and Society (STS) akan memudahkan peserta didik untuk mengeksplorasi fakta dan fenomena yang ada di masyarakat dan dapat diintegrasikan dengan pengetahuan ilmiah. Tujuan penelitian menemukan rekomendasi penelitian dalam rangka meningkatkan relevansi pendidikan dalam dunia sains yang memerlukan cara-cara terbaru dalam pembelajaran teori sains dan fakta lingkungan, maka perlu dilakukan penelitian yang fokus menjadi solusi dalam pembelajaran dunia sains di masa mendatang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan bibliometrik. Populasi yang digunakan bersumber dari database scopus sebanyak 77 dan yang dijadikan sampel penelitian sebanyak 73 metadata yang diseleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa dokumentasi dari database scopus dengan bantuan software Publish or Perish dan analisis data menggunakan software VOSviewer. Dari hasil pencarian dari database Scopus didapat 89 artikel jurnal dan di seleksi 84 jurnal sesuai kata kunci yang di tetapkan peneliti. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari sebaran artikel dalam periode tahun 2011-2021 berkaitan bahasa “Science Technology and Society (STS) dalam pembelajaran sains‟, rekomendasi peluang trend penelitian yang akan datang dalam database scopus yakni effectivenss, scientific literacy. Scientifikc knowledge, nature of science (nos), encyclopedia dan web student worksheet. Kata Kunci: Analisis Bibliometrik, Science Technology and Society (STS), Pembelajaran Sains iii ABSTRACT Science Technology and Society (STS) will make it easier for students to explore facts and phenomena that exist in society and can be integrated with scientific knowledge. The purpose of the research is to find research recommendations in order to increase the relevance of education in the world of science which requires the latest ways in learning science theory and environmental facts, it is necessary to conduct research that focuses on being a solution in learning the world of science in the future. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with a bibliometric approach. The population used is sourced from the Scopus database as many as 77 and the research sample is 73 selected metadata. Data collection techniques in the form of documentation from the Scopus database with the help of Publish or Perish software and data analysis using VOSviewer software. From the search results from the Scopus database, 89 journal articles were obtained and 84 journals were selected according to the keywords set by the researcher. Based on the results of the analysis of the distribution of articles in the period 2011-2021 related to the language "Science Technology and Society (STS) in science learning", recommendations for future research trends in the Scopus database are effectivenss, scientific literacy.
