Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh pentingnya penyerapan tenaga kerja sebagai salah satu indikator keberhasilan pembangunan ekonomi dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inflasi, Upah Minimum Provinsi, dan jumlah UMKM terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di Provinsi Lampung dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam tahun 2015–2024. Dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam, penyerapan tenaga kerja merupakan bagian dari upaya mewujudkan kemaslahatan melalui penciptaan kesempatan kerja yang produktif, pemberian upah yang adil, dan pengembangan usaha sesuai prinsip syariah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari data sekunder dalam bentuk time series. Data time series pada penelitian ini menggunakan 10 tahun terakhir yakni pada periode 2015-2024, yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan Badan Dinas Koperasi Provinsi Lampung. Data diolah dengan metode regresi linear berganda menggunakan software Eviews 12. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Inflasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja. Sedangkan Upah Minimum Provinsi dan Jumlah UMKM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja. Secara Simultan Inflasi, Upah Minimum Provinsi dan Jumlah UMKM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja di Provinsi Lampung Tahun 2015-2024 Dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam. Kata Kunci: Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja, Inflasi, Upah Minimum Provinsi dan Jumlah UMKM. ABSTRACT This study is based on the importance of labor absorption as one of the indicators of successful economic development in improving public welfare. This study aims to analyze the effects of inflation, the Provincial Minimum Wage, and the number of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) on labor absorption in Lampung Province from an Islamic economic perspective for the period 2015 2024. From an Islamic economic perspective, labor absorption is part of the effort to achieve the public good through the creation of productive job opportunities, the provision of fair wages, and business development in accordance with Sharia principles. This study is a quantitative study. The data used in this study are derived from secondary data in the form of time series. The time series data in this study cover the last 10 years, specifically the period from 2015 to 2024, and were obtained from the Central Statistics Agency and the Lampung Provincial Cooperative Agency. The data was processed using the multiple linear regression method using eviews 12 software. The results of this study indicate that the inflation variable has a negative but insignificant effect on labor absorption. Meanwhile, the provincial minimum wage and the number of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) have a positive and significant effect on labor absorption. Simultaneously, inflation, the provincial minimum wage, and the number of MSMEs have a significant effect on labor absorption in Lampung Province from 2015 to 2024 from an islamic economic perspective.
