Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh investasi, inflasi, dan ekspor terhadap cadangan devisa negara‑negara Asia Tenggara periode 2019 2024 menggunakan data panel. Studi ini menguji pengaruh parsial dan simultan serta menentukan arah dan besaran efek masing‑masing variabel. Hasil analisis diinterpretasikan dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam untuk merumuskan rekomendasi kebijakan fiskal dan moneter yang selaras dengan prinsip syariah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan data panel pada lima negara Asia Tenggara. Model regresi panel diestimasi dalam EViews 13 melalui uji stasioneritas, uji Chow, uji Hausman, dan uji Lagrange Multiplier untuk memilih model terbaik antara Common Effect Model (CEM), Fixed Effect Model (FEM), dan Random Effect Model (REM). Selanjutnya dilakukan uji koefisien parsial (uji t) dan uji simultan (uji F) untuk menilai signifikansi dan arah pengaruh variabel independen. Hasil estimasi menunjukkan bahwa investasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap cadangan devisa, inflasi berpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan, sedangkan ekspor berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap cadangan devisa. Temuan ini mencerminkan dinamika aliran modal portofolio, efektivitas kebijakan moneter regional, serta peran strategis ekspor dalam akumulasi devisa. Rekomendasi kebijakan yang diajukan mencakup pengaturan arus modal dan penguatan strategi ekspor, dengan tetap memperhatikan prinsip keadilan, kemaslahatan, dan stabilitas moneter dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam. ABSTRACT This study examines the impact of investment, inflation, and exports on the foreign exchange reserves of Southeast Asian countries during the 2019–2024 period using panel data. It investigates both partial and simultaneous effects while determining the direction and magnitude of each variable's impact. The analysis results are interpreted through an Islamic economic perspective to formulate fiscal and monetary policy recommendations aligned with Sharia principles. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach utilizing panel data from five Southeast Asian countries. A panel regression model is estimated using EViews 13, incorporating stationarity, Chow, Hausman, and Lagrange Multiplier tests to select the optimal model among the Common Effect Model (CEM), Fixed Effect Model (FEM), and Random Effect Model (REM). Subsequently, partial coefficient tests (t-tests) and simultaneous tests (F-tests) are conducted to assess the significance and direction of the independent variables' influence. Estimation results indicate that investment has a significant negative impact on foreign exchange reserves, and inflation has a negative but insignificant impact, whereas exports have a significant positive impact. Collectively, the three variables exert a significant influence on foreign exchange reserves. These findings reflect the dynamics of portfolio capital flows, the effectiveness of regional monetary policies, and the strategic role of exports in foreign exchange accumulation. Proposed policy recommendations include the regulation of capital flows and the strengthening of export strategies, while upholding principles of justice, public interest (maslahah), and monetary stability within the framework of Islamic economics.
