Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Investasi Asing (PMA) dan Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri (PMDN) terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Pulau Sulawesi tahun 2017-2025 dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam. Fokus penelitian diarahkan pada kontribusi investasi terhadap peningkatan Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) serta kesesuaiannya dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah seperti keadilan, pemerataan kesejahteraan, dan investasi halal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis data panel. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder dari enam provinsi di Pulau Sulawesi selama periode 2017-2025. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan perspektif ekonomi Islam sebagai kerangka teoritis dalam menilai dampak investasi terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa investasi memiliki peran penting dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah melalui peningkatan aktivitas produksi, penciptaan lapangan kerja, dan peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat. PMA memberikan kontribusi dalam bentuk modal, teknologi, dan manajemen, sedangkan PMDN berperan dalam memperkuat stabilitas ekonomi domestik. Dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam, investasi yang dilakukan harus bebas dari riba, gharar, dan maysir serta diarahkan pada sektor yang halal dan memberikan kemaslahatan bagi masyarakat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa investasi asing dan penanaman modal dalam negeri berpotensi memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Pulau Sulawesi apabila dikelola secara efektif dan sesuai prinsip ekonomi Islam. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi pemerintah dalam merumuskan kebijakan investasi yang berkelanjutan, adil, dan berorientasi pada kesejahteraan masyarakat secara menyeluruh. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of Foreign Investment (FDI) and domestic investment (PMDN) on economic growth on the island of Sulawesi in 2017-2025 in the perspective of Islamic economics. The focus of the study is directed to the contribution of investment to the increase in Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) and its compliance with Sharia principles such as justice, equitable welfare, and halal investment. The research method used is quantitative research with panel data analysis approach. The Data used is secondary data from six provinces on the island of Sulawesi during the period 2017-2025. The analysis was conducted using the perspective of Islamic economics as a theoretical framework in assessing the impact of investment on public welfare. The results showed that investment has an important role in promoting regional economic growth through increased production activities, job creation, and increased community income. Foreign direct investment contributes in the form of capital, technology, and management, while foreign direct investment plays a role in strengthening domestic economic stability. In the perspective of Islamic economics, investments made must be free from usury, gharar, and maysir and directed to the halal sector and provide benefits for the community. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that foreign investment and domestic investment have the potential to have a positive influence on economic growth on the island of Sulawesi if managed effectively and in accordance with Islamic economic principles. This research is expected to be a consideration for the government in formulating investment policies that are sustainable, fair, and oriented to the welfare of society as a whole.
