Abstract

ABSTRAK Seleksi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS) merupakan proses rekrutmen yang memiliki tingkat persaingan tinggi sehingga membutuhkan persiapan yang matang. Salah satu bentuk persiapan yang banyak digunakan adalah tryout sebagai simulasi Seleksi Kompetensi Dasar (SKD). Namun, pelaksanaan tryout di Oman's Club Academy masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga pengelolaan soal, penilaian, dan rekapitulasi hasil memerlukan waktu yang lama, berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan, serta belum memberikan pengalaman ujian yang menyerupai sistem Computer Assisted Test (CAT) milik Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN). Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Tryout CPNS berbasis web yang mampu mengintegrasikan pengelolaan peserta, bank soal, pelaksanaan tryout, penilaian otomatis, serta penyajian laporan hasil tryout secara terpusat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan Prototyping. Tahapan penelitian meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, pembuatan prototype, evaluasi prototype, implementasi sistem, serta pengujian menggunakan metode Black Box Testing. Sistem dikembangkan dengan teknologi berbasis web sehingga dapat diakses secara fleksibel oleh admin maupun peserta melalui browser. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu membantu pengelolaan data peserta, bank soal berdasarkan kategori Tes Wawasan Kebangsaan (TWK), Tes Intelegensi Umum (TIU), dan Tes Karakteristik Pribadi (TKP), pelaksanaan tryout secara online, penilaian otomatis, serta penyajian hasil dan laporan secara cepat, akurat, dan terintegrasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian fungsional menggunakan Black Box Testing, seluruh fitur sistem berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Dengan demikian, Sistem Informasi Tryout CPNS Berbasis Web pada Oman's Club Academy dapat meningkatkan efektivitas, efisiensi, dan kualitas pelaksanaan tryout serta memberikan pengalaman latihan yang lebih mendekati pelaksanaan tes CAT CPNS yang sebenarnya. ABSTRACT The Civil Servant Candidate (CPNS) selection process is highly competitive, necessitating thorough preparation. A common form of preparation is the "tryout," which serves as a simulation of the Basic Competency Selection (SKD). However, at Oman's Club Academy, tryouts are currently conducted manually; this makes the management of questions, grading, and result tabulation time-consuming and error prone, while also failing to replicate the exam experience of the State Civil Service Agency's (BKN) Computer-Assisted Test (CAT) system. Therefore, this study aims to design and implement a web-based CPNS tryout information system capable of centrally integrating participant management, question bank management, tryout administration, automated grading, and result reporting. The study employs the Research and Development (R&D) method using the Prototyping development model. The research stages include requirements analysis, system design, prototype creation, prototype evaluation, system implementation, and testing via the Black Box Testing method. The system utilizes web-based technology, allowing for flexible access by both administrators and participants through a web browser. Results indicate that the developed system facilitates participant data management; question bank organization based on the National Insight Test (TWK), General Intelligence Test (TIU), and Personal Characteristics Test (TKP) categories; online tryout administration; automated grading; and the rapid, accurate, and integrated presentation of results and reports. Functional testing using the Black Box Testing method confirmed that all system features operate in accordance with user requirements. Consequently, the web-based CPNS tryout information system at Oman's Club Academy enhances the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of tryout administration while providing a practice experience that closely mirrors the actual CPNS CAT exam.
