Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih ditemukannya remaja yang menunjukkan sikap kurang sopan dalam berinteraksi, baik di lingkungan keluarga maupun masyarakat di Kelurahan Gedong Meneng Bandar Lampung. Kondisi tersebut diduga berkaitan dengan pola asuh orang tua yang belum sepenuhnya menerapkan nilai-nilai Islami secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pola asuh Islami orang tua terhadap sikap sopan santun remaja di Kelurahan Gedong Meneng Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 42 remaja yang berada di RT 04 dan RT 07 Kelurahan Gedong Meneng Bandar Lampung. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, angket skala Likert, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian terdiri atas angket pola asuh Islami orang tua sebanyak 20 butir pernyataan dan angket sikap sopan santun remaja sebanyak 30 butir pernyataan. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, serta uji hipotesis dengan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi pada uji regresi linier sederhana sebesar 0,009 < 0,05, sehingga H₀ ditolak dan H₁ diterima. Nilai F hitung sebesar 7,466 dan t hitung sebesar 2,732 menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh Islami orang tua berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap sikap sopan santun remaja. Besarnya kontribusi pengaruh ditunjukkan oleh nilai R Square sebesar 0,157 yang berarti pola asuh Islami orang tua memberikan pengaruh sebesar 15,7% terhadap sikap sopan santun remaja, sedangkan sebesar 84,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the fact that teenagers are still found to show a less polite attitude in interacting, both in the family environment and the community in Gedong Meneng Village, Bandar Lampung. This condition is allegedly related to the parenting style of parents who have not fully implemented Islamic values optimally. This study aims to determine the influence of Islamic parenting styles on adolescent manners in Gedong Meneng Village, Bandar Lampung. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of associative research. The population in this study amounted to 42 adolescents located in RT 04 and RT 07 Gedong Meneng Village, Bandar Lampung. Data collection techniques used observation, Likert scale questionnaires, and documentation. The research instrument consisted of a questionnaire on Islamic parenting for parents as many as 20 statements and a questionnaire on adolescent manners as many as 30 statements. The data were analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, linearity tests, and hypothesis tests with simple linear regression. The results showed that the significance value in the simple linear regression test was 0.009 < 0.05, so that H₀ was rejected and H₁ was accepted. The F value of 7.466 and the t value of 2.732 indicate that the Islamic parenting style of parents has a significant effect on adolescents' manners. The magnitude of the influence contribution was shown by the R Square value of 0.157 which means that the Islamic parenting style of parents had an influence of 15.7% on adolescents' manners, while 84.3% was influenced by other factors outside the study.
