Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong pelaku usaha untuk memanfaatkan sistem digital dalam mendukung operasional bisnis agar lebih efektif dan efisien. Toko Daff-Dhaf Distro Lampung Tengah merupakan usaha retail clothing yang masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam proses penjualan barang, Stok barang. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan beberapa permasalahan, seperti kesalahan pencatatan stok, keterlambatan pembuatan laporan, serta sulitnya memperoleh informasi bisnis secara real-time. Oleh karena itu, di Perlukan sistem informasi terintegrasi yang mampu membantu pengelolaan operasional toko secara lebih optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi pembelian, persediaan, dan penjualan barang berbasis web pada Toko Daff-Dhaf Distro Lampung Tengah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan metode pengembangan sistem Waterfall yang terdiri dari tahapan analisis kebutuhan, Perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan framework Laravel dan database MySQL. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box Testing untuk memastikan fungsi sistem berjalan sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil penelitian ini berupa sistem informasi berbasis web yang mampu mengintegrasikan proses pembelian, persediaan, dan penjualan dalam satu sistem terpusat. Sistem ini dapat membantu pemilik toko dalam mengelola data barang, memantau stok secara real-time, mempercepat proses transaksi, serta menghasilkan laporan secara otomatis dan lebih akurat. Dengan adanya sistem ini diharapkan operasional Toko Daff Dhaf Distro menjadi lebih efektif, efisien, dan mampu meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan bisnis di era digital. ABSTRAC Advances in information technology are encouraging businesses to utilize digital systems to support more effective and efficient business operations. The Daff-Dhaf Distro Store in Central Lampung, a clothing retailer, still uses a manual system for sales and inventory management. This situation has led to several problems, such as stock recording errors, delayed reporting, and difficulty obtaining real-time business information. Therefore, an integrated information system is needed to support more optimal store operational management. This study aims to design and build a web-based purchasing, inventory, and sales information system for the Daff-Dhaf Distro Store in Central Lampung. The Research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a Waterfall system development approach, consisting of the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, Testing, and maintenance. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The system was developed using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and a MySQL database. System Testing was conducted using Black Box Testing to ensure system functionality meets user requirements. The result of this Research is a web-based information system capable of integrating purchasing, inventory, and sales processes into a single, centralized system. This system can help store owners manage inventory data, monitor stock in real time, expedite transaction processing, and generate automated and more accurate reports. This system is expected to make Daff-Dhaf Distro's operations more effective and efficient, improving business management in the digital age.
