Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah melahirkan berbagai persoalan baru terkait pengelolaan informasi dan perlindungan ruang privat manusia di era digital. Kondisi tersebut menuntut adanya pembacaan Alquran yang kontekstual agar nilai-nilai normatifnya tetap relevan dalam merespons tantangan zaman, khususnya dalam masyarakat Society 5.0 Permasalahan utama penelitian ini terletak pada bagaimana konsep Maqāṣid al-Syarī‘ah menurut Ibn ‘Āsyūr serta relevansinya dalam isu privasi digital dan bagaimana penafsirannya terhadap ayat-ayat yang berkaitan dengan perlindungan privasi digital serta bagaimana prinsip Maqāṣid al-Syarī‘ah dalam penafsiran al-Taḥrīr wa al-Tanwīr dapat memberikan solusi terhadap isu privasi digital di era Society 5.0. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep Maqāṣid al-Syarī‘ah menurut Ibn ‘Āsyūr serta relevansinya dalam isu privasi digital, menganalisis penafsiran dalam tafsir alTaḥrīr wa al-Tanwīr terhadap ayat-ayat yang berkaitan dengan perlindungan privasi digital, serta menjelaskan bagaimana implementasi prinsip Maqāṣid alSyarī‘ah dalam penafsiran al-Taḥrīr wa al-Tanwīr dapat memberikan solusi terhadap isu privasi digital di era Society 5.0. Kajian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research), yaitu dengan menelaah kitab tafsir, buku, jurnal, serta literatur ilmiah lain yang berkaitan dengan tema penelitian. Sumber primer penelitian ini adalah Tafsir al-Taḥrīr wa al-Tanwīr karya Ibn ‘Āsyūr, sedangkan sumber sekundernya berasal dari karya-karya ilmiah yang relevan. Adapun metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis tafsir dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis melalui pendekatan tafsir Maqāṣidī, yaitu penafsiran ayat-ayat Alquran dengan menitikberatkan pada tujuan-tujuan syariat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa konsep Maqāṣid al-Syarī‘ah menurut Ibn ‘Āsyūr bersifat dinamis dan kontekstual, serta tidak terbatas pada lima tujuan dasar, melainkan berkembang sebagai kerangka nilai yang relevan dengan perubahan zaman, termasuk dalam isu privasi digital. Dalam Tafsir al-Taḥrīr wa al-Tanwīr, penafsiran ayat-ayat terkait menunjukkan adanya prinsip perlindungan privasi melalui penekanan pada etika informasi, tanggung jawab moral, serta penghormatan terhadap hak individu, seperti larangan tajassus, gibah, dan penyalahgunaan informasi. Lebih lanjut, implementasi prinsip Maqāṣid al-Syarī‘ah tersebut memberikan solusi etis terhadap tantangan privasi digital di era Society 5.0, yang mencakup perlindungan data pribadi, prinsip persetujuan, keamanan informasi, serta pembentukan kesadaran moral dalam penggunaan teknologi secara bertanggung jawab. ABSTRACT The development of information technology has given rise to various new issues related to information management and the protection of human privacy in the digital era. This condition calls for a contextual interpretation of the Quran to ensure that its normative values remain relevant in responding to contemporary challenges, particularly within the context of Society 5.0. The main problem of this research lies in examining the concept of Maqāṣid al-Syarī‘ah according to Ibn ‘Āsyūr and its relevance to digital privacy issues, his interpretation of Qur’anic verses related to the protection of digital privacy, and how the principles of Maqāṣid al-Syarī‘ah in al-Taḥrīr wa alTanwīr may provide solutions to digital privacy issues in the era of Society 5.0. This research aims to examine the concept of Maqāṣid al-Syarī‘ah according to Ibn ‘Āsyūr and its relevance to digital privacy issues, analyze the interpretation of Qur’anic verses related to digital privacy protection in the tafsir al-Taḥrīr wa al-Tanwīr, and explain how the implementation of Maqāṣid al-Syarī‘ah principles in al-Taḥrīr wa al-Tanwīr can provide solutions to digital privacy issues in the Society 5.0. This study employs a qualitative approach using a library research method, by examining classical exegetical works, books, academic journals, and other relevant scholarly literature related to the research topic. The primary source of this study is Tafsīr al-Taḥrīr wa al-Tanwīr by Ibn ‘Āsyūr, while the secondary sources consist of relevant academic works. The analytical method applied is exegetical analysis using a descriptive-analytical approach through a Maqāṣidī interpretation, namely interpreting Qur’anic verses with an emphasis on the objectives of Islamic law. Based on the findings of this research, it can be concluded that the concept of Maqāṣid al-Syarī‘ah according to Ibn ‘Āsyūr is dynamic and contextual, and is not limited to the five fundamental objectives but rather develops as a value framework relevant to changing times, including issues of digital privacy. In the tafsir al-Taḥrīr wa al-Tanwīr, the interpretation of related Qur’anic verses demonstrates principles of privacy protection through an emphasis on information ethics, moral responsibility, and respect for individual rights, such as the prohibition of tajassus (spying), ghibah (backbiting), and the misuse of information. Furthermore, the implementation of these Maqāṣid al-Syarī‘ah principles provides ethical solutions to digital privacy challenges in the Society 5.0 era, including the protection of personal data, the principle of consent, information security, and the cultivation of moral awareness in the responsible use of technology.
