Abstract
ABSTRAK Menghadapi persaingan global saat ini sebuah lembaga usaha baik milik swasta maupun milik pemerintah dituntut untuk lebih memaksimalkan kinerjanya dalam berbagai hal. Hal ini dapat terlihat dari meningkat atau menurunnya prestasi kerja dari setiap pegawai atau bawahan. Bagaimana pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, stres kerja, dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja Pegawai Dinas PU di Kota Bandar Lampung. Bagaimana pandangan Etika Bisnis Islam terhadap gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, stres kerja, dan beban kerja yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas PU di Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 96 orang. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan Transforrmasional, Stres Kerja, dan Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai. Secara simultan ketiga variabel ini berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Pandangan dalam perspektif etika bisnis islam, pemimpin adil ialah pemimpin yang adil pada dirinya, dan adil dalam menjalankan amanah kepemimpinan sehingga dengan adanya gaya kepemimpinan yang diberikan yaitu mampu mengambil keputusan yang tepat, dapat bersosialisasi dengan semua pegawai, memiliki visi misi meyakinkan, dan mampu membuat perencanaan yang strategi. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Stres Kerja, Beban Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai, Etika Bisnis Islam ABSTRACT In facing today's global competition, both private and government institutions are required to maximize their performance in various aspects. This can be observed through the improvement or decline in the work performance of employees or subordinates. This study aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership style, work stress, and workload on employee performance at the Public Works Office (PU Office) in Bandar Lampung City. In addition, this study explores the perspective of Islamic Business Ethics regarding transformational leadership style, work stress, and workload and their influence on employee performance. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, involving 96 respondents. Data were collected through online questionnaires and analyzed using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the assistance of SmartPLS 4 software. The results indicate that transformational leadership style, work stress, and workload have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, these three variables significantly influence employee performance. From the perspective of Islamic Business Ethics, a just leader is one who is fair to oneself and fair in carrying out the trust of leadership. Therefore, an effective leadership style is characterized by the ability to make appropriate decisions, establish good social relations with all employees, possess a convincing vision and mission, and formulate strategic plans effectively.
