Abstract

ABSTRAK Pelayanan adalah suati aktivitas atau serangkaian aktivitas yang bersifat tidak kasat mata yang terjadi sebagai akibat adanya interaksi antara konsumen dengan karyawan atau halhal lain yang disediakan oleh peruasaan pemberi pelayanan yang di maksud untuk memecahkan permasalahan konsumen tersebut. Masalah kesehatan masyarakat adalah yang terutama di negara berkembang ini didasarkan pada dua aspek, yaitu aspek fisik dan non fisik. jadi persamaan penelitian ini dengan yang sebelumnya adalah sama sam meneliti tentang perbedaan kualitas pelayanan fasilitas kesehatan. sedangkan perbedaan penelitian ini dengan yang sebelumnya terletak pada objek yang diteliti. peneliti terdahulu memfokuskan pada pasien BPJS dan asuransi umum. sedangkan yang dilakukan penelitian ini adalah fokus pada pasien BPJS dan asuransi swasta. Kata kunci: Kesehatan, BPJS, Asuransi. ABSTRACT Service is an intangible activity or series of activities that occur as a result of interactions between consumers and employees or other entities provided by the service provider, intended to solve consumer problems. Public health issues, particularly in developing countries, are based on two aspects: physical and non-physical. Therefore, this study's similarity to the previous one is that both examined differences in the quality of health facility services. However, the difference lies in the object of study. The previous study focused on BPJS and public insurance patients, while this study focuses on BPJS and private insurance patients. Keywords: Health, BPJS, Insurance .
