Abstract
ABSTRAK Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) adalah sumber daya yang paling penting dalam mengelola dan menjalankan fungsi suatu organisasi. Fungsi organisasi dalam sebuah perusahaan sepenuhnya dipegang oleh sumber daya manusia. Perkembangan terbaru memandang karyawan bukan sebagai sumber daya belaka, melainkan lebih berupa modal atau aset bagi institusi atau organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support, Work Life Balance, Dan Self Efficacy Terhadap Job Satisfaction Dengan Compensation Sebagai Variabel Moderasi Dalam Perspektif Etika Bisnis Islam (Studi Pada Karyawan PT KAI Divre IV Depo Kereta Tanjungkarang). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi adalah karyawan di PT KAI Divre IV Depo Kereta Tanjungkarang, dengan sampel 46 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Adapun alat analisis data yang digunakan yaitu SmartPLS 4. Hasil pada penelitian ini yaitu perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job satisfaction. Work life balance tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap job satisfaction. Self Efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job satisfaction. Compensation tidak memoderasi pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap job satisfaction. Compensation tidak memoderasi pengaruh work life balance terhadap job satisfaction. Compensation memoderasi pengaruh self efficacy terhadap job satisfaction. Kata Kunci: perceived organizational, work life balance, self efficacy, job satisfaction, compensation ABSTRACT Human Resources (HR) are the most important assets in managing and carrying out organizational functions. The functioning of an organization within a company is entirely driven by its human resources. Recent developments view employees not merely as resources, but as capital or valuable assets for institutions or organizations. This study aims to examine the effect of Perceived Organizational Support, Work Life Balance, and Self Efficacy on Job Satisfaction, with Compensation as a moderating variable from the perspective of Islamic Business Ethics (Study on employees of PT KAI Divre IV Tanjungkarang Train Depot). This research employs a quantitative approach. The population consists of employees at PT KAI Divre IV Tanjungkarang Train Depot, with a sample of 46 respondents. Data collection techniques include observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis tool used is SmartPLS 4. The results of this study indicate that perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Work life balance does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Compensation does not moderate the effect of perceived organizational support on job satisfaction. Compensation does not moderate the effect of work life balance on job satisfaction.
