Abstract

ABSTRAK Di era persaingan industri yang semakin kompetitif, perusahaan dituntut untuk meningkatkan efisiensi produksi guna mencapai kinerja operasional yang optimal dan berkelanjutan. Efisiensi produksi tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor teknis, tetapi juga oleh penerapan Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), Good Corporate Governance (GCG), dan Green Operational Management (GOM). Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh ESG, GCG, GOM terhadap Efisiensi Produksi dalam Perspektif Bisnis Islam pada PT PMHM Industri Kayu Lampung Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Penelitian dilaksanakan di PT PMHM Industri Kayu Lampung Utara. Populasi penelitian seluruh karyawan perusahaan sejumlah 204 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 71 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) dan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Efisiensi Produksi. Sebaliknya, Green Operational Management (GOM) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Efisiensi Produksi. Nilai R-Square sebesar 0,975 menunjukkan bahwa ESG, GCG, dan GOM mampu menjelaskan Efisiensi Produksi sebesar 97,5%, sedangkan 2,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. Dalam Perspektif Bisnis Islam, Efisiensi Produksi tercermin melalui pemanfaatan sumber daya secara optimal, pengurangan pemborosan (israf), serta pelaksanaan operasional yang memperhatikan aspek lingkungan, sosial, dan keberlanjutan. Penerapan Green Operational Management sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip Bisnis Islam yang menekankan efisiensi, tanggung jawab, kemaslahatan, dan keberlanjutan. ABSTRACT In the era of increasingly competitive industrial competition, companies are required to improve production efficiency in order to achieve optimal and sustainable operational performance. Production efficiency is influenced not only by technical factors but also by the implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), Good Corporate Governance (GCG), and Green Operational Management (GOM). This study aims to analyze the effects of ESG, GCG, and GOM on Production Efficiency from the Islamic Business Perspective at PT PMHM Industri Kayu Lampung Utara. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The research was conducted at PT PMHM Industri Kayu Lampung Utara. The population consisted of all 204 employees of the company. was purposive sampling, resulting in a sample of 71 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaire distribution and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS 4 software. The results of the study indicate that the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) variables have no significant effect on Production Efficiency. In contrast, Green Operational Management (GOM) has a positive and significant effect on Production Efficiency. The R-Square value of 0.975 indicates that ESG, GCG, and GOM jointly explain 97.5% of the variance in Production Efficiency, while the remaining 2.5% . From the Islamic Business Perspective, Production Efficiency is reflected in the optimal utilization of resources, the avoidance of waste (israf), and the implementation of operational activities that consider environmental, social, and sustainability aspects. The implementation of Green Operational Management is in line with the principles of Islamic Business, which emphasize efficiency, responsibility, public welfare (maslahah), and sustainability.
