Abstract

ABSTRAK Sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu faktor utama yang menentukan keberhasilan suatu usaha, terutama pada sektor kuliner yang sangat bergantung pada kualitas pelayanan dan kecepatan kerja karyawan. Dalam usaha kuliner, karyawan dituntut untuk bekerja cepat, tepat dan mampu memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada pelanggan. Tingginya tuntutan kerja, tekanan pelayanan dan beban kerja pada karyawan dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja, kemampuan mengelola emosi, serta kesehatan mental karyawan, kondisi ini juga ditemukan pada karyawan Pempek Sentosa Kota Palembang. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah Apakah kepuasan kerja, kecerdasan emosional dan kesehatan mental berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada karyawan Pempek Sentosa Kota Palembang, dan apakah kepuasan kerja, kecerdasan emosional dan kesehatan mental berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta bagaimana pengaruh kepuasan kerja, kecerdasan emosional dan kesehatan mental dalam perspektif bisnis Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, yang bertujuan untuk menguji suatu hipotesis yang digunakan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar data kuesioner kepada karyawan pempek sentosa kota palembang dan wawancara kepada kepala pimpinan pempek sentosa. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 60 responden dengan teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan pengelohan data menggunakan SmartPLS. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Pempek Sentosa Kota Palembang. Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Pempek Sentosa Kota Palembang. Kesehatan mental berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lalu kepuasan kerja, kecerdasan emosional dan kesehatan mental berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara bersama-sama. Serta dalam perspektif bisnis Islam pihak pengelola sudah memberikan fasilitas yang memadai untuk beribadah dan waktu istirahat untuk beribadah. Dengan begitu Pempek Sentosa telah memenuhi prinsip bisnis islam. In the culinary business, employees are required to work quickly, precisely and be able to provide good service to customers. High work demands, service pressure and workload on employees can affect job satisfaction, the ability to manage emotions, and mental health of employees, this condition is also found in employees of Pempek Sentosa Palembang City. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether job satisfaction, emotional intelligence and mental health affect employee performance in Pempek Sentosa Palembang City employees, and whether job satisfaction, emotional intelligence and mental health simultaneously affect employee performance, and how the influence of job satisfaction, emotional intelligence and mental health in the perspective of Islamic business. This study employed quantitative methods, aiming to test a hypothesis. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to Pempek Sentosa employees in Palembang and interviewing the head of Pempek Sentosa. The sample size for this study was 60 respondents, with primary data collection and SmartPLS processing. The research conducted shows that job satisfaction does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Pempek Sentosa, Palembang City. Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Pempek Sentosa, Palembang City. Mental health has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, job satisfaction, emotional intelligence, and mental health simultaneously influence employee performance. Furthermore, from an Islamic business perspective, the management has provided adequate facilities for worship and rest periods for worship.
