Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan Financial Technology (fintech) telah memberikan kemudahan dalam berbagai aktivitas transaksi keuangan. Namun, perkembangan tersebut belum diimbangi dengan pengetahuan yang memadai, masih adanya kekhawatiran terhadap keamanan, serta pengaruh lingkungan sosial yang dapat memengaruhi minat menggunakan fintech. Penelitian ini menggunakan Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) sebagai landasan utama dalam menjelaskan minat menggunakan fintech, yang diperkuat dengan Islamic Theory of Planned Behavior (TIPB) dalam perspektif Manajemen Keuangan Syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan, keamanan, dan sosial terhadap minat menggunakan fintech. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi penelitian berjumlah 240 customer Toko Beryl Shoes, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi menggunakan IBM SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan, keamanan, dan sosial masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan fintech. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan fintech. Selain itu, berdasarkan perspektif Manajemen Keuangan Syariah, penggunaan fintech di Toko Beryl Shoes dinilai telah sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam menurut pandangan responden. Kata kunci: Pengetahuan, Keamanan, Faktor Sosial, Minat Menggunakan Fintech ABSRACT The development of Financial Technology (fintech) has made various financial transactions more convenient. However, this development has not been matched by adequate knowledge; concerns about security persist, and social factors may influence interest in using fintech. This study uses the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) as the primary framework for explaining interest in using fintech, supplemented by the Islamic Theory of Planned Behavior (TIPB) from the perspective of Islamic Financial Management. The study aims to analyze the influence of knowledge, security, and social factors on interest in using fintech. This study employed a quantitative approach with a study population of 240 customers of Beryl Shoes, and a sample of 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires and analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination using IBM SPSS. The results showed that knowledge, security, and social fac tors each had a positive and significant effect on the intention to use Financial Technology (fintech). Simultaneously, these three variables also had a significant effect on the intention to use fintech. Further more, from the perspective of Islamic Financial Management, re spondents perceived that the use of Financial Technology (fintech) at Beryl Shoes was in accordance with Sharia principles.
