Abstract
ABSTRAK RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI BELANJA MANDIRI DENGAN SCAN BARCODE BERBASIS WEBSITE MENGGUNAKAN METODE PROTOTYPING (STUDI KASUS: MINIMARKET SEJAHTERA KITA SEMUA) Oleh Syaiful Adha Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong transformasi digital pada sektor ritel, termasuk dalam peningkatan kualitas layanan transaksi kepada konsumen. Minimarket Sejahtera Kita Semua (SKS) masih menerapkan proses transaksi yang berpusat pada kasir, mulai dari pemindaian produk, perhitungan total belanja, hingga pembayaran. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan antrean pada jamjam sibuk dan menurunkan efisiensi pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun Sistem Informasi Belanja Mandiri dengan Scan Barcode Berbasis Website yang memungkinkan konsumen melakukan proses belanja secara mandiri menggunakan smartphone. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) yang bertujuan menghasilkan produk berupa sistem informasi belanja mandiri berbasis website. Dalam proses pengembangannya digunakan metode Prototyping yang terdiri dari tahapan communication, quick plan, modeling quick design, construction of prototype, serta deployment, delivery and feedback. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, MySQL, dan library ZXing untuk mendukung fitur pemindaian barcode melalui kamera smartphone. Fitur utama sistem meliputi scan barcode produk, informasi produk, keranjang belanja, perhitungan total belanja otomatis, checkout, pembayaran, riwayat transaksi, serta pengelolaan data produk dan transaksi oleh admin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil dibangun dan dapat berfungsi sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian Black Box Testing, seluruh fitur sistem berjalan dengan baik. tanpa ditemukan kesalahan fungsional. Selain itu, hasil evaluasi pengguna menunjukkan bahwa sistem memperoleh tingkat kelayakan yang sangat baik sehingga layak digunakan. Sistem mampu membantu konsumen melakukan belanja secara mandiri, mempercepat proses transaksi, mengurangi antrean, serta meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan pada Minimarket SKS. Sejahtera Kita Semua (SKS) Minimarket still implements a cashier-centered transaction process, starting from product scanning, total purchase calculation, and payment processing. This condition often causes queues during peak hours and reduces service efficiency. Therefore, this study aims to design and develop a Self-Service Shopping Information System with Barcode Scanning Based on a Website that enables customers to conduct shopping activities independently using their smartphones. This research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method to produce a website-based self-service shopping information system. The system was developed using the Prototyping method, which consists of the stages of communication, quick plan, modeling quick design, construction of prototype, and deployment, delivery, and feedback. The system was built using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, MySQL, and the ZXing library to support barcode scanning through smartphone cameras. The main features of the system include barcode scanning, product information display, shopping cart management, automatic total purchase calculation, checkout, payment processing, transaction history, and product and transaction management by administrators. The results of this study indicate that the system was successfully developed and functions according to user requirements. Based on the Black Box Testing results, all system features operated properly without any functional errors. Furthermore, user evaluations showed that the system achieved a very good feasibility level and is suitable for implementation. The system helps customers shop independently, accelerates transaction processes, reduces queues, and improves service efficiency at SKS Minimarket.
