Abstract

Abstract: Through the role of LAZISWA (the Zakat, Infaq, and Alms Institution), this study attempts to examine entrepreneurial management as a means of boosting the economy of Islamic boarding schools. The significance of Islamic boarding schools' economic independence in promoting the long-term viability of Islamic-based educational establishments is the basis of this study. In this situation, entrepreneurship becomes a successful tactic, particularly when it is handled methodically and backed by internal financial sources like LAZISWA. This study combines a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. the process of gathering information via observations, interviews, and document recording. After that, the data is reduced, disseminated, and conclusions are made utilising a descriptive evidence review approach. The study demonstrates how integrated management functions have been implemented in the management of business units to carry out entrepreneurship management in Islamic boarding schools in an orderly manner. As a source of profitable funding that promotes the growth and viability of Islamic boarding school enterprises, LAZISWA's presence is crucial. The synergy between entrepreneurial management and the use of LAZISWA funds can encourage the formation of various productive business units that contribute to the economic independence of Islamic boarding schools, improving the welfare of the Islamic boarding school community, and strengthening the entrepreneurial spirit of students.
