Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh minimnya penerapan nilai spiritual berupa integrasi ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an dalam pembelajaran fisika serta penggunaan bahan ajar yang masih konvensional dan kurang interaktif, sehingga peserta didik merasa jenuh dan belum memahami keterkaitan konsep fisika dengan kebesaran Allah SWT secara optimal. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dikembangkan e-modul interaktif berbasis model pembelajaran CinQASE terintegrasi ayat Al-Qur’an. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan emodul interaktif, mengetahui kelayakan, serta mengetahui respon pendidik dan peserta didik terhadap e-modul yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini merupakan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang meliputi tahap Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas XI MAN 1 Bandar Lampung, MAN 2 Bandar Lampung, dan MA Muhammadiyah Sukarame. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket validasi ahli materi, ahli media, ahli tafsir, serta angket respon pendidik dan peserta didik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dihasilkan produk berupa e-modul interaktif berbasis model pembelajaran CinQASE terintegrasi ayat Al-Qur’an pada materi suhu dan kalor. Hasil kelayakan menunjukkan persentase rata-rata sebesar 75,76% dari ahli materi, 81,17% dari ahli media, dan 86,33% dari ahli tafsir. Respon pendidik memperoleh rata-rata sebesar 88,20%, sedangkan respon peserta didik pada uji kelompok kecil sebesar 97,53% dan 96,46% pada uji lapangan. Dengan demikian, e-modul yang dikembangkan dinyatakan sangat layak dan sangat menarik untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran. ABSTRACT This research was motivated by the limited implementation of spiritual values through the integration of Qur’anic verses in physics learning, as well as the use of teaching materials that were still conventional and less interactive, which caused students to feel bored and not fully understand the relationship between physics concepts and the greatness of Allah SWT. To overcome these problems, an interactive e-module based on the CinQASE learning model integrated with Qur’anic verses was developed. The objectives of this study were to develop an interactive e-module, determine its feasibility, and identify the responses of teachers and students toward the developed e-module. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model, which consists of the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. The subjects of this study were eleventh-grade students at MAN 1 Bandar Lampung, MAN 2 Bandar Lampung, and MA Muhammadiyah Sukarame. The research instruments consisted of validation questionnaires for material experts, media experts, tafsir experts, and response questionnaires for teachers and students. The data analysis technique used was descriptive quantitative analysis. Based on the research that had been conducted, the resulting product was an interactive e-module based on the CinQASE learning model integrated with Qur’anic verses on the topic of temperature and heat. The feasibility results showed an average percentage score of 75,76% from material experts, 81,17% from media experts, and 86,33% from tafsir experts. Teachers’ responses obtained an average score of 88,20%, while students’ responses reached 97,53% in the small-group trial and 96,46% in the field trial. Therefore, the developed e-module was categorized as highly feasible and highly attractive for use in the learning process.
