The focus of this study is the use of Vlogs as a learning strategy to improve students‟ Arabic speaking skills. The study employed the Classroom Action Research design by Kemmis and McTaggart, conducted in two cycles, encompassing the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The research subjects were 32 ninthgrade students in Class IX B at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Bandar Lampung. Data were collected through tests, observations, interviews, and documentation, and subsequently analyzed using both quantitative and qualitative methods. The results showed a significant improvement in students‟ speaking skills, marked by an increase in the classical mastery rate from 0% in the pre-cycle to 15.63% in Cycle I, and reaching 90.63% in Cycle II, thereby exceeding the established success indicators. These findings confirm that Vlogs serve not only as a teaching aid but as a pedagogical instrument capable of transforming learning into a more participatory, reflective, and experience-based process. The Vlog production process encourages students to practice repeatedly, engage in reflection, and build confidence in communication. Thus, the use of Vlogs has proven effective in improving
