Abstract
ABSTRACT The rapid development of the halal cosmetics industry in Indonesia encourages business actors to understand consumer behavior, particularly in creating repeat purchases as a form of loyalty. Repeat purchase is not only influenced by functional factors, but also by experiential marketing, brand trust, and customer satisfaction. In addition, the increasing level of halal awareness has become an important factor influencing consumers' decisions in choosing and using local halal cosmetic products. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of experiential marketing, brand trust, and customer satisfaction on repeat purchase, as well as to examine the role of halal awareness as a moderating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative research design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 96 respondents who are users of Wardah halal cosmetics in Bandar Lampung City, using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The results show that experiential marketing, brand trust, and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on repeat purchase. In addition, halal awareness is proven to moderate the effect of experiential marketing on repeat purchase and the effect of customer satisfaction on repeat purchase, but it does not moderate the effect of brand trust on repeat purchase. Thus, it can be concluded that repeat purchase is influenced by experiential marketing, brand trust, and customer satisfaction, while halal awareness plays a moderating role with varying effects on the relationships among variables. Keywords: experiential marketing, brand trust, customer satisfaction, repeat purchase, halal awareness.
