Abstract

Kata Kunci: Third Party-Funds (DPK), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Net Profit Margin (NPM). Abstrack 2 This study aims to analyze the influence of Third-Party Funds (TPF) and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) on Net Profit Margin (NPM) as an indicator of the efficiency of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia from an Islamic perspective for the period 2015–2024. The study population includes all Islamic Commercial Banks registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK), using a purposive sampling technique, resulting in 5 banks being used as samples. The data used are secondary data obtained from annual reports. Data analysis was carried out using a quantitative approach and panel data regression analysis using EViews 13 software, where the test results showed that the Random Effect Model (REM) was the most appropriate estimation model. The results showed that TPF had a positive and significant effect on NPM, while FDR had a negative and insignificant effect on NPM. Simultaneously, both variables had a significant effect on NPM. In conclusion, the increase in Third-Party Funds (DPK) has proven to be a more dominant factor in driving the increase in Net Profit Margin (NPM) in Islamic Commercial Banks, while the intermediation function through FDR has not shown a strong role in significantly increasing profitability efficiency. Keywords: Third Party-Funds (DPK), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Net Profit Margin (NPM).
