Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan industri keuangan menuntut lembaga keuangan untuk mampu menciptakan pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan (Sustainable Growth) melalui penerapan inovasi dan prinsip keberlanjutan. Financial Innovation, Green Finance, dan Sustainabillity Performance diharapkan mampu memberikan efek peningkatan terhadap Sustainable Growth. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis seberapa besar .Financial Innovation, Green Finance, dan Sustainabillity Performance mempengaruhi Sustainable Growth pada Bank Umum Syariah. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 14 bank Umum Syariah yang terdaftar di OJK. Teknik pemilihan sampel pada penelitian ini ialah Purposive Sampling dengan jumlah sampel yang dipilih sebanyak 4 Bank Umum Syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang berasal dari Annual Report dan Sustainabillity Report tiap-tiap sampel bank. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah aplikasi E-Views 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Financial Innovation berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Sustainable Growth. Green Finance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Sustainable Growth. Sustainabillity Performance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Sustainable Growth. Dan Financial Innovation, Green Finance, dan Sustainabillity Performance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap Sustainable Growth. Kata Kunci: Financial Innovation, Green Finance, Sustainabillity Performance, dan Sustainable Growth. ABSTRACT The development of the financial industry requires financial institutions to be able to create sustainable growth through the implementation of innovation and sustainability principles. Financial Innovation, Green Finance, and Sustainability Performance are expected to contribute to improvements in Sustainable Growth. This study aims to determine and analyze the extent to which Financial Innovation, Green Finance, and Sustainability Performance affect Sustainable Growth in Islamic Commercial Banks. The population of this study consists of 14 Islamic Commercial Banks registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling, with a total sample of four Islamic Commercial Banks. This research employs a quantitative method with an associative approach. The data used are secondary data obtained from the Annual Reports and Sustainability Reports of each sampled bank. The analytical tool used in this study is the EViews 12 application. The results of the study indicate that Financial Innovation has a negative and significant effect on Sustainable Growth. Green Finance has a positive and significant effect on Sustainable Growth. Sustainability Performance has a positive and significant effect on Sustainable Growth. Furthermore, Financial Innovation, Green Finance, and Sustainability Performance simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Sustainable Growth.
