Abstract

ABSTRAK Permintaan menjelaskan konsumen membuat keputusan dalam pembelian barang maupun jasa, permintaan merupakan hubungan antara harga dengan jumlah yang diminta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Harga Sukuk Negara Ritel SR021, Yield Imbal Hasil Sukuk dan Minat Investasi Terhadap Permintaan Sukuk Negara Ritel SR021 di Indonesia. Jenis data yang diguanakan pada penelitian ini yaitu data sekunder yang bersumber dari pencatatan transaksi harian di pasar sekunder yaitu Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) dan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan Software Eviews 13. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Harga Sukuk Negara Ritel SR021 berpengaruh negatif terhadap Permintaan Sukuk Negara Ritel SR021, artinya variabel harga menjadi pengaruh kuat bagi seorang investor dalam membuat keputusan investasi. Yield Imbal Hasil Sukuk berpengaruh positif terhadap Permintaan Sukuk Negara Ritel SR021, artinya variabel yield imbal hasil sukuk sangat mencerminkan keputusan seorang investor dalam berinvestasi pada Sukuk Negara Ritel SR021. Minat Investasi tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Permintaan Sukuk Negara Ritel SR021, artinya indikator dalam variabel Minat Investasi tidak dapat melihat proses Permintaan Sukuk Negara Ritel SR021 di Indonesia, sebab berbagai macam instrumen investasi akan memberikan preferensi bagi masing-masing portofolio investor. Permintaan dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam tidak hanya dipahami sebagai hubungan antara harga dan jumlah barang yang ingin dibeli konsumen, tetapi mencerminkan nilai-nilai spiritual, etika, dan tanggung jawab sosial. Kata Kunci : Sukuk Ritel SR021, Harga, Yield, Minat Investasi. ABSTRACT Demand explains that consumers make decisions in purchasing goods or services, demand is the relationship between price and quantity requested. This study aims to determine the effect of SR021 Retail State Sukuk Price, Sukuk Yield Yield and Investment Interest on SR021 Retail State Sukuk Demand in Indonesia. The type of data used in this study is secondary data sourced from recording daily transactions in the secondary market, namely the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) and primary data collected through the distribution of questionnaires, the sample in this study uses the Purposive Sampling technique. Data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of Software Eviews 13. The results of this study show that the price of SR021 Retail State Sukuk has a negative effect on the Demand for SR021 Retail State Sukuk, meaning that price variables are a strong influence for an investor in making investment decisions. Sukuk yield has a positive effect on the demand for SR021 Retail State Sukuk, meaning that the sukuk yield variable strongly reflects an investor's decision to invest in SR021 Retail State Sukuk. Investment Interest does not have a positive effect on the Demand for SR021 Retail State Sukuk, meaning that the indicator in the Investment Interest variable cannot see the SR021 Retail Sukuk Request process in Indonesia, because various types of investment instruments will give preference to each investor's portfolio. Demand in the Islamic Economic Perspective is not only understood as the relationship between price and the quantity of goods consumers are willing to buy, but it reflects spiritual, ethical, and social responsibility values.
