Abstract

ABSTRAK Kinerja guru adalah hasil kerja yang diwujudkan dalam bentuk pengetahuan, keterampilan, nilai, dan sikap guru. Kinerja guru dapat dilihat dari manajemen waktu, hubungan positif dengan siswa, dan lain-lain. kinerja guru dalam melaksanakan tugas kesehariannya tercermin pada peran dan fungsinya dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas atau di luar kelas, yaitu sebagai pendidik, pengajar, dan pelatih. Hasil pra penelitian di Yayaysan Al – Hikamah Bandar Lampung menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat beberapa guru atau tenaga pendidik yang belum memenuhi kriteria sebagai guru yang berkompetensi dan bermutu. Dengan rumusan masalah yaitu Apakah Ada Pengaruh Kompetensi Guru Terhadap kinerja guru di Yayasan Al – Hikmah Bandar Lampung. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada Pengaruh Kompetensi Guru Terhadap kinerja guru di Yayasan Al – Hikmah Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian lapangan ( secara langsung ). Sedangkan populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 71 respon tenaga pendidik di Yayasan Al – Hikmah Bandar Lampung. Dan sampel yang digunakan yaitu 40 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert . Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji linieritas. Sedangkan uji hipotesis menggunakan teknik regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkann bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara kompetensi guru terhadap mutu pendidik di Yayasan Al – Hikmah Bandar Lampung. Menunjukkan bahwa variabel X ( kompetensi guru ) mempunyai pengaruh dengan variabel Y ( kinerja guru ) dari perolehan tes angket yang telah di lakukan serta uji hipotesis menggunakan Uji-T didapat nilai mean variabel x ( kompetensi guru ) 56,25 sedangkan variabel y ( kinerja guru ) 52,03. Dilihat dari hasil independen sample test dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai sig (2-tailed) yaitu 0,001 yang berarti bahwa nilai sig (2-tailed) < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima ini menunjukan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara variabel x dan variabel y .ABSTRACT Teacher performance is the result of work which is manifested in the form of teacher knowledge, skills, values and attitudes. Teacher performance can be seen from time management, positive relationships with students, and so on. The teacher's performance in carrying out his daily duties is reflected in his role and function in the learning process in the classroom or outside the classroom, namely as an educator, teacher and trainer. The results of pre-research at Yayaysan Al – Hikamh Bandar Lampung show that there are still several teachers or teaching staff who do not meet the criteria for competent and quality teachers. With the problem formulation, namely whether there is an influence of teacher competency on the quality of educators at the Al - Hikmah Foundation in Bandar Lampung. The aim of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of teacher competency on the quality of educators at the Al - Hikmah Foundation in Bandar Lampung. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a field research approach (directly). Meanwhile, the population in this study was 71 responses from teaching staff at the Al - Hikmah Foundation in Bandar Lampung. And the sample used was 40 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques use normality tests and linearity tests. Meanwhile, hypothesis testing uses simple linear regression techniques. The results of this research conclude that there is a positive influence between teacher competency on the quality of educators at the Al – Hikmah Foundation Bandar Lampung. Shows that variable educator ) 52.03. Judging from the results of the independent sample test, it can be concluded that the sig (2-tailed) value is 0.001, which means that the sig (2-tailed) value is <0.05, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that there is a significant difference between variable x and variable y .
