Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan persepsi warga mengenai kinerja Kepala Desa Rejo Mulyo, Kecamatan Tanjung Bintang yang ditinjau dari tingkat pendidikan. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah adanya perbedaan persepsi antar warga terhadap kinerja kepala desa yang ditinjau dari tingkat pendidikan warga. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 57 orang masyarakat Desa Rejo Mulyo yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposing sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui skala tingkat pendidikan yang terdiri dari 37 aitem dengan koefisien reliabilitas $\alpha = 0,915$, serta didukung oleh data dokumentasi Indeks Keseharian Desa. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda dan uji ANOVA melalui program SPSS 22.0 for windows. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai korelasi multivariat $R = 0,859$ dan nilai $F = 76,136$ dengan signifikansi $p = 0,000$ ($p < 0,01$). Hasil pengujian ANOVA ini membuktikan bahwa hipotesis pertama diterima, yaitu terdapat pengaruh yang sangat signifikan antara tingkat pendidikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja kepala desa dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 73,8%. Secara parsial, variabel tingkat pendidikan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 22,4% terhadap variabel terikat dengan nilai $r_{x1-y} = 0,817$. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa mayoritas masyarakat berada pada kategori pendidikan tinggi (65%) yang berimplikasi pada tingginya standar penilaian terhadap kinerja kepala desa. Semakin tinggi tingkat pendidikan masyarakat, maka semakin objektif dan kritis pola evaluasi yang diberikan terhadap kinerja birokrasi desa. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a significant relationship between education level and major suitability towards the assessment of village apparatus performance. The subjects in this study amounted to 57 people from the Rejo Mulyo Village community taken using the total sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through an education level scale consisting of 37 items with a reliability coefficient of $\alpha = 0.915$, supported by documentation data on the Village Daily Index. Data analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis and ANOVA test through SPSS 22.0 for windows. The analysis results showed a multivariate correlation value of $R = 0.859$ and an F-value = 76.136 with a significance of $p = 0.000$ ($p < 0.01$). This ANOVA test result proves that the first hypothesis is accepted, indicating a very significant simultaneous influence of education level on village head performance with an effective contribution of 73.8%. Partially, the education level variable contributed 22.4% to the dependent variable with a value of $r_{x1-y} = 0.817$. The study concludes that the majority of the community is in the higher education category (65%), which implies high evaluation standards for the village head's performance. The higher the community's education level, the more objective and critical the evaluation patterns given to the village bureaucracy's performance.
