Abstract

ABSTRAK Kemakmuran masjid merupakan kewajiban yang harus dilaksanakan oleh setiap muslim yang dalam hal ini diterjemehkan dalam kesejahteraan jama’ah baik dalam aspek material maupun aspek spiritual yang nantinya jama’ahnya yang disejahterakan akan menghidupkan kegiatan-kegiatan keagamaan yang terprogram secara baik di masjid. Oleh karena itu sebagian masjid dikabupaten pringsewu mempunyai tekat untuk memberdayakan masjid agar tercipta kesejahteraan material maupun spiritual jama’ah, namun dalam kenyataanya belum tercapai kesejahteraan material dan spiritual padahal sudah dilaksanakan pemberdayaan berbasis masjid di kabupaten Pringsewu, rumusan masalahnya ialah bagimana pemberdayaan berbasis masjid dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan material dan spiritual jama’ah dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis masjid dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan pada jama’ah di kabupaten Pringsewu baik sejahteraan secara material maupun spiritual . Yang hal ini akan memicu pada kemakmuran masjid. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan sifat penelitian deskriptif. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut dari ketiga masjid yakni masjid Taqwa, Masjid K.H Ghalib, dan masjid Rayyan Mujahid memiliki populasi berjumlah 200 orang dan diambil sampelnya berjumlah 30 orang dengan mnggunakan tehnik purposif sempel, pengumpulan datanya menggunakan metode dan teknik intraktif (wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi), kemudian dilanjutkan dengan analisis data menggunakan metode dan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah bahwa pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis masjid dengan menerapkan pemberdayaan secara optimal menujukkan bahwa kesejahteraan jama’ah masjid di kabupaten Pringsewu tecapai dengan indikasi meningkatnya kesejahteraan jama’ah baik dari aspek material maupun spiritual dapat dilihat dari hasil pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis masjid dikabupaten Pringsewu dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan pada jama’ah masjid secara optimal baik meningkat dalam wujud Material (lahiriyah) maupun spiritual (batiniyah). Novelty dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis masjid mengintegrasikan penguatan material spiritual guna mencapai kesejahteraan yang hakiki yakni kebahagian dunia dan akhirat. ABSTRACT The prosperity of the mosque is an obligation that must be carried out by every Muslim which in this case is translated into the welfare of the congregation both in material and spiritual aspects, which will later be prosperous congregations will revive well-programmed religious activities. For this reason, it is necessary to implement optimal mosque-based community empowerment in order to realize the welfare of the congregation which ultimately has an effect on the prosperity of the mosque in accordance with Islamic teachings. The focus of this study is mosque-based community empowerment in achieving welfare in mosque congregations which will later affect the prosperity of the mosque with various religious activities in the mosque, with the aim of knowing the mosquebased community empowerment in improving the welfare of the congregation in Pringsewu district. Which will trigger the prosperity of the mosque. In order to operationalize the research above, a qualitative research approach with descriptive research nature is used. In this regard, from the three mosques, namely the Taqwa Mosque, the KH Ghalib Mosque and the Rayyan Mujahid Mosque, the population is 200 people and a sample of 30 people was taken using purposive sampling techniques, data collection using interactive methods and techniques (interviews, observation and documentation), then continued with data analysis using qualitative descriptive methods and techniques. Empowerment in accordance with its functions associated with the pattern of mosque-based community empowerment by implementing optimal empowerment shows that the welfare of mosque congregations in Pringsewu Regency is achieved with an indication of increasing welfare of the congregation both from material and spiritual aspects. The conclusion of the study is that mosque-based community empowerment in Pringsewu Regency can improve the welfare of mosque congregations optimally, both in terms of material (outward) and spiritual (inward). In relation to the above conclusions, there are several suggestions that need to be continued, and further researchers are recommended to conduct similar studies related to the factual conditions of mosques in Pringsewu Regency using different disciplines.
