Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh struktur modal, profitabilitas, dan likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan dalam perspektif manajemen Islam. Penelitian didasarkan pada persaingan bisnis yang ketat di Indonesia, pertumbuhan ekonomi digital yang pesat, serta peran penting sektor pupuk dalam mendukung ketahanan pangan nasional. Namun, fenomena seperti fluktuasi nilai pasar, subsidi pupuk yang menurun, dan dinamika keuangan perusahaan pupuk menimbulkan pro dan kontra, sehingga perlu dianalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi nilai perusahaan. Dalam konteks ini, nilai perusahaan tidak hanya diukur secara finansial, tetapi juga harus selaras dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam seperti keadilan, kejujuran, transparansi, dan keberlanjutan, yang tercermin dalam ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an dan hadis Nabi Muhammad SAW. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu Perusahaan pupuk yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia (BEI) teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 5 dengan periode pengamatan selama 5 tahun. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi Signaling Theory dan Agency Theory, Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi berganda pada data sekunder dari laporan keuangan untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel struktur modal, profitabilitas, likuiditas dan nilai Perusahaan menggunakan Eviews 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Struktur modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, Likuiditas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, Struktur modal, profitabilitas, dan likuiditas secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan serta Struktur modal, profitabilitas, dan likuiditas secara bersama-sama dalam perspektif manajemen islam berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the influence of capital structure, profitability, and liquidity on the value of the company in the perspective of Islamic management. The research is based on the fierce business competition in Indonesia, the rapid growth of the digital economy, and the important role of the fertilizer sector in supporting national food security. However, phenomena such as fluctuations in market value, declining fertilizer subsidies, and financial dynamics of fertilizer companies pose pros and cons, so it is necessary to analyze the factors that affect the value of the company. In this context, the value of a company is not only measured financially, but must also be in line with Islamic principles such as justice, honesty, transparency, and sustainability, which are reflected in the verses of the Qur'an and the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data in the form of the company's annual financial statements. The population in this study is fertilizer companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) sampling technique using the purposive sampling method and a sample of 5 with an observation period of 5 years was obtained. The theories used in this study include Signaling Theory and Agency Theory, This study uses a quantitative method with multiple regression analysis on secondary data from financial statements to test the relationship between variables of capital structure, profitability, liquidity and value of the Company using Eviews 12. The results of the study show that capital structure has a positive and significant effect on the company's value, profitability has a positive and significant effect on the company's value, Liquidity has a positive and significant effect on the company's value, Capital structure, profitability, and liquidity together have a significant positive effect on the company's value and capital structure, profitability, and liquidity together in The perspective of Islamic management has a significant positive effect on the company's value.
