Abstract
ABSTRAK Disparitas pembangunan ekonomi merupakan salah satu masalah ekonomi yang terjadi di Indonesia, termasuk di kawasan Sumbagsel yang meliputi provinsi Jambi, Sumatera Selatan, Bengkulu, Lampung dan Kep. Bangka Belitung. Hal ini terjadi karena adanya ketimpangan terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat di wilayah yang maju dengan wilayah yang tertinggal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh PDRB Per Kapita, Investasi dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) terhadap Disparitas Pembangunan Ekonomi Antar Provinsi di Sumbagsel tahun 2012- 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari website resmi Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis Regresi Data Panel, Pemilihan Model Regresi dan Uji Asumsi Klasik dengan menggunakan alat analisis data yaitu E-Views versi 10. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, didapatkan hasil analisis yang menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel PDRB Per Kapita berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Disparitas Pembangunan Ekonomi Antar Provinsi di Sumbagsel, variabel Investasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Disparitas Pembangunan Ekonomi Antar Provinsi di Sumbagsel dan variabel Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Disparitas Pembangunan Ekonomi Antar Provinsi di Sumbagsel. Sedangkan secara simultan, variabel PDRB Per Kapita, Investasi dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Disparitas Pembangunan Ekonomi Antar Provinsi di Sumbagsel. Dalam perspektif Ekonomi Islam disparitas pembangunan ekonomi merupakan pelanggaran terhadap prinsip keadilan. Ekonomi Islam menganjurkan distribusi kekayaan yang adil dan merata di antara semua anggota masyarakat untuk mengurangi kesenjangan dan ketimpangan sosial. ABSTRACT Economic development disparity is one of the economic problems that occur in Indonesia, including in the South Sumatra region which includes the provinces of Jambi, South Sumatra, Bengkulu, Lampung and Bangka Belitung Islands. This occurs because of the inequality in the level of community welfare in developed areas with underdeveloped areas. This study aims to determine the effect of GRDP Per Capita, Investment and Human Development Index (HDI) on Interprovincial Economic Development Disparities in South Sumatra in 2012-2024. This research uses quantitative methods and the data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the official website of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The analysis method used in this research is Panel Data Regression analysis, Regression Model Selection and Classical Assumption Test using data analysis tools, namely E-Views version 10. Based on the analysis carried out, the results of the analysis show that partially, the GRDP Per Capita variable has a negative and significant effect on Interprovincial Economic Development Disparities in South Sumatra, the Investment variable has a negative and significant effect on Interprovincial Economic Development Disparities in South Sumatra and the Human Development Index (HDI) variable has a positive and significant effect on Interprovincial Economic Development Disparities in South Sumatra. While simultaneously, the variables of GRDP Per Capita, Investment and Human Development Index (HDI) have a significant effect on the Interprovincial Economic Development Disparities in South Sumatra. In the perspective of Islamic Economics, economic development disparities are a violation of the principle of justice. Islamic economics advocates a fair and equitable distribution of wealth among all members of society to reduce social disparities and inequalities.
