Abstract

ABSTRAK Pertumbuhan Ekonomi merupakan masalah perekonomian jangka panjang. Pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu negara tidak hanya didukung oleh kenaikan modal fisik dan jumlah tenaga kerja saja, akan tetapi juga peningkatan kualitas modal manusia serta pemanfaatan kemajuan tekonologi. Dengan meningkatnya Indeks Pembangunan Manusia dan dan menurunnnya Tingkat Pengangguran seharusnya bisa meningkatkan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk dapat membuktikan apakah Indeks Pembangunan Manusia dan Tingkat Pengangguran Berpengaruh terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Provinsi Lampung tahun 2017-2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data dengan cara mendeskripsikan atau memaparkan data yang terkumpul, Jenis data yang digunakan adalah jenis data sekunder yang didapatkan dari Publikasi Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi Lampung. Adapun data panel yang digunakan antara lain adalah data Indeks Pembangunan Manusia, Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Kabupaten / Kota Provinsi Lampung Tahun 2017-2024. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Provinsi Lampung tahun 2017-2024, Secara Parsial Tingkat Penganguran Terbuka (TPT) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Provinsi Lampung tahun 2017-2024, Secara Simultan, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia dan Tingkat Penganguran Terbuka berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Provinsi Lampung tahun 2017-2024, Pada uji determinasi (R2), IPM dan TPT Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Provinsi Lampung menghasilkan adjust r square (R2) sebesar 0,642 atau 64,2%, artinya IPM dan TPT berpengaruh sebesar 64,2%. Dalam syariat islam aktivitas manusia harus dilakukan sesuai dengan ajaran Allah SWT agar mencapai kesejahteraan dunia dan akhirat. Hal tersebut sesuai dengan filosofis Al-Qur‟an bahwa semua aktivitas manusia harus diarahkan untuk mencapai falah atau kesejahteraan dunia dan akhirat. ABSTRACT Economic growth is a long-term economic issue. A country's economic growth is supported not only by increases in physical capital and the number of workers, but also by improvements in the quality of human capital and the utilization of technological advances. An increase in the Human Development Index and a decrease in the unemployment rate should boost economic growth. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the Human Development Index and the unemployment rate influence the economic growth of Lampung Province from 2017 to 2024. This study uses a quantitative approach. This descriptive study analyzes the data by describing or presenting the collected data. The data used is secondary data obtained from publications of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Lampung Province. The panel data used includes the Human Development Index, the Open Unemployment Rate, and the Economic Growth of Regencies/Cities in Lampung Province from 2017 to 2024. The results of the study indicate that partially the Human Development Index (HDI) does not have a significant effect on the Economic Growth of Lampung Province in 2017-2024. Partially, the Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) has a significant effect on the Economic Growth of Lampung Province in 2017-2024. Simultaneously, the Human Development Index and the Open Unemployment Rate have a significant effect on the Economic Growth of Lampung Province in 2017-2024. In the determination test (R2), the HDI and TPT on the Economic Growth of Lampung Province produced an adjusted r square (R2) of 0.642 or 64.2%, meaning that the HDI and TPT have an effect of 64.2%. In Islamic law, human activities must be carried out in accordance with the teachings of Allah SWT in order to achieve prosperity in this world and the hereafter. This is in accordance with the philosophy of the Qur'an that all human activities must be directed to achieve falah or prosperity in this world and the hereafter.
