Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena fosilisasi kesalahan dalam latihan mandiri membaca dan menghafal Al-Qur’an akibat keterbatasan pengawasan guru di lingkungan asrama. Tanpa bimbingan yang memadai, pengulangan kesalahan secara terus menerus dalam latihan mandiri dapat membentuk kebiasaan yang sulit dihilangkan dan menghambat kemajuan belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan aplikasi Tarteel berbasis kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence) terhadap kemampuan membaca dan menghafal Al-Qur’an peserta didik di Asrama MAN 1 Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain quasi-experimental tipe Non-equivalent Control Group Design. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari peserta didik kelas X Asrama MAN 1 Bandar Lampung yang dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Data dikumpulkan melalui instrumen tes kinerja lisan berupa pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur ketepatan tajwid, makhraj, serta kecepatan dan ketepatan hafalan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, serta uji hipotesis melalui Independent Sample T-Test dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi Tarteel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca dan menghafal Al-Qur’an peserta didik. Hasil uji Independent Sample T-Test memperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, dengan peningkatan rata-rata skor (N-Gain) pada kelompok eksperimen yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelompok kontrol. Integrasi teknologi Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) dalam aplikasi ini terbukti efektif sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif yang mampu memberikan umpan balik langsung (real-time feedback) dan mencegah kesalahan bacaan selama sesi latihan mandiri. Kata Kunci: Aplikasi Tarteel, Kecerdasan Buatan, Membaca Al Qur’an, Menghafal Al-Qur’an, Pendidikan Agama Islam. ii ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the phenomenon of error fossilization in independent Al-Qur'an reading and memorization practice due to limited teacher supervision in dormitory environments. Without adequate guidance, continuous repetition of errors during independent practice can form habits that are difficult to eliminate and hinder students' learning progress. This study aims to analyze the influence of using the Artificial Intelligence-based Tarteel application on the Al-Qur'an reading and memorization abilities of students at the MAN 1 Bandar Lampung Dormitory. The research method applied is quantitative with a quasi experimental design of the Non-equivalent Control Group type. The research subjects consisted of tenth-grade students at the MAN 1 Bandar Lampung Dormitory, divided into experimental and control groups. Data were collected through oral performance test instruments in the form of pre-tests and post-tests to measure the accuracy of tajwid, makhraj, as well as the speed and fluency of memorization. Data analysis techniques included normality tests, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis testing using the Independent Sample T-Test assisted by SPSS software. The research findings indicate that the use of the Tarteel application has a positive and significant effect on improving students' Al-Qur'an reading and memorization abilities. The Independent Sample T-Test results yielded a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, with a higher average score increase (N-Gain) in the experimental group compared to the control group. The integration of Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) technology in this application proved effective as an interactive learning medium capable of providing real time feedback and preventing reading errors during independent practice sessions.
