Abstract

ABSTRAK Pendidikan abad ke-21 menuntut penguasaan keterampilan 4C, khususnya kolaborasi. Hasil observasi di MIN 1 Tanggamus menunjukkan keterampilan kolaborasi peserta didik masih rendah akibat pembelajaran konvensional. Model Project Based Learning (PjBL) dipandang efektif untuk meningkatkan kolaborasi melalui pembelajaran berbasis proyek yang aktif dan partisipatif. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh Model Project Based Learning Terhadap Keterampilan Kolaborasi Peserta Didik Kelas IV di MIN 1 Tanggamus. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen (Quasi Eksperimen Desain). Sampel pada penelitian ini peserta didik kelas IV A dan IV B MIN 1 Tanggamus yang berjumlah 40 orang peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan Independent Samples Test. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan adanya pengaruh Model Project Based Learning terhadap keterampilan kolaborasi peserta didik Kelas IV di MIN 1 Tanggamus. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 11,839 > t-tabel 1,685 nilai sign menunjukkan 0,000 < 0,05. Model Project Based Learning mampu mendorong peserta didik untuk lebih aktif, bertanggung jawab, dan bekerja sama dalam kelompok, karena setiap tahap proyek menuntut mereka untuk merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi kegiatan secara kolaboratif. Keaktifan peserta didik dalam diskusi kelompok, pembagian tugas yang jelas, serta komunikasi yang efektif antaranggota kelompok menjadi faktor utama yang mempengaruhi peningkatan keterampilan kolaborasi. Observations at MIN 1 Tanggamus indicate that students' collaboration skills remain low due to conventional learning. The Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model is considered effective for enhancing collaboration through active and participatory project-based learning. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the Project-Based Learning model on the collaboration skills of fourth-grade students at MIN 1 Tanggamus. This study was an experimental study (quasi-experimental design). The sample consisted of 40 students in grades IV A and IV B at MIN 1 Tanggamus. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. Hypothesis testing used the Independent Samples Test. The results concluded that the Project-Based Learning model influences the collaboration skills of fourth-grade students at MIN 1 Tanggamus. This is evidenced by the calculated t-value of 11.839 > t table 1.685, with a sign value of 0.000 < 0.05. The Project-Based Learning model encourages students to be more active, responsible, and collaborative in groups, as each stage of the project requires them to plan, implement, and evaluate activities collaboratively. Student engagement in group discussions, clear division of tasks, and effective communication among group members are key factors influencing significant improvements in collaboration skills. Thus, the implementation of Project-Based Learning (PjBL) not only improves cognitive learning outcomes but also specifically develops students' social and collaborative skills, which are essential competencies in 21st-century learning.
