Abstract

ABSTRAK PNPM merupakan program yang bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat. Progaram ini dibangun berdasarkan upaya-upaya sebelumnya untuk mengentaskan kemiskinan terpadu melalui instuksi nomor 21 tahun itu untuk mengatasi masalah kemiskinan.Inisiatif ini awalnya disebut program pengembangan kecamatan (P2K) Nama P2K diubah menjadi PNPM pada tahun 2006 oleh presiden untuk memperluas fokusnya Pada tahun 2007 Presiden merencankan PNPM yang difokuskan pada perluasan kesempatan kerja dan penanggulan kemiskinan.Seiring dengan perkembangan program ini dibagi menjadi PNMP Mandiri yang jangkauanya meliputi dearah perdesaan dan perkotaan.Praksarsa ini bertujuan untuk meningkatan kesempatan kerja dan menanggulani kemiskinan didearah khusus dan tertinggal terutama dikota- kota. Penelitian mengunakan metode kuantitatif adalah penelitian ini berangkat dari data,memanfaatkan teori yang ada sebagai bahan penjelasan dan berakhir dengan sebuah teori.yang bersifat Fenemologi adalah studi tentang pengetahuan yang berasal dari kesadaran atau cara memahami suatu objek atau peristiwa dengan mengalaminya secara sadar.Studi fenomenologi mencari jawaban makna dari suatu fenomena. Pemanfaatan aset program nasional pemberdayaan masyarakat sangat membantu masyarakat desa gunung sari dengan adanya,PNPM masyarakat bisa merasakan dengan adanya aset yang dijaga oleh masyarakat desa gunung sari. ABSTRACT PNPM is a program aimed at empowering communities. This program was developed based on previous efforts to alleviate poverty in an integrated manner through Presidential Instruction Number 21, which addressed poverty-related issues. Initially, this initiative was known as the Kecamatan Development Program (Program Pengembangan Kecamatan/P2K). In 2006, the name P2K was changed to PNPM by the President to broaden its focus. In 2007, the President planned PNPM to focus on expanding employment opportunities and reducing poverty. As the program developed, it was divided into PNPM Mandiri, which covered both rural and urban areas. This initiative aims to increase employment opportunities and reduce poverty in special and underdeveloped areas, especially in urban regions. This research uses a quantitative method, which starts from data, utilizes existing theories as explanatory tools, and ends with the formulation of a theory. It is also phenomenological in nature, which is the study of knowledge derived from awareness or ways of understanding an object or event through conscious experience. Phenomenological studies seek to find the meaning behind a phenomenon. The utilization of assets from the National Program for Community Empowerment has greatly helped the people of Gunung Sari Village. Through PNPM, the community can directly experience the benefits of the assets maintained by the villagers. The people of Gunung Sari take the responsibility of maintaining PNPM assets seriously so they can be continued within community empowerment programs. In this way, the community strives wholeheartedly to preserve PNPM assets because they are very important.
