Abstract

ABSTRAK Literasi digital adalah kemampuan individu untuk mengakses, memahami, dan memanfaatkan informasi digital secara produktif, yang semakin penting di era digital. Berdasarkan data Kominfo tahun 2022, skor literasi digital Indonesia mencapai 3,54, menunjukkan peningkatan dari tahun sebelumnya. Peningkatan tersebut dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya adalah dengan penggunaan media sosial seperti WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, Telegram, dan YouTube. Aplikasi X, dengan fitur edukatif seperti modul pembelajaran, kuis interaktif, dan forum diskusi, bertujuan meningkatkan literasi digital. Aplikasi ini juga dimanfaatkan oleh NCTZEN (penggemar boy group NCT) untuk berinteraksi, termasuk berbagi cuitan anonim, diskusi, berjualan, pertemanan, dan meramaikan hashtag. Namun, sebagian dari NCTZEN masih sering terpapar misinformasi di X, sehingga dilakukan penelitian untuk melihat pengaruh penggunaan aplikasi X dalam meningkatkan literasi digital bagi NCTZEN. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh dan besaran pengaruh aplikasi X dalam meningkatkan literasi digital bagi NCTZEN. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) untuk menguji pengaruh langsung antara variabel penggunaan aplikasi X terhadap literasi digital. Sampel penelitian ini adalah NCTZEN asal Bandar Lampung dengan jumlah 88 responden yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner daring yang disebarkan melalui grup whatsapp NCTZEN Lampung. Hasil analisis menggunakan metode boostraping menunjukkan nilai T-statistik 6,369, dan p-value 0,000 (p < 0,05). Nilai effect size (f²) sebesar 0,410 yang menunjukkan pengaruh besar, sehingga mendukung tolak H0. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa penggunaan aplikasi X mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap literasi digital bagi NCTZEN. Kata Kunci: Aplikasi X, Literasi Digital, NCTZEN, SEM-PLS. . ii ABSTRACT Digital literacy is an individual's ability to access, understand, and productively utilize digital information, which is increasingly important in the digital age. Based on data from Kominfo in 2022, Indonesia's digital literacy score reached 3.54, showing an increase from the previous year. This increase was influenced by several factors, one of which was the use of social media such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, Telegram, and YouTube. The X application, with educational features such as learning modules, interactive quizzes, and discussion forums, aims to improve digital literacy. This application is also used by NCTZEN (fans of the boy group NCT) to interact, including sharing anonymous tweets, discussions, selling, making friends, and promoting hashtags. However, some NCTZEN are still often exposed to misinformation on X, so research was conducted to see the effect of using the X application in improving digital literacy for NCTZEN. The purpose of this study is to see how much influence the X application has in improving digital literacy for NCTZEN. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method to test the direct influence of the X application usage variable on digital literacy. The research sample consisted of NCTZEN from Bandar Lampung with 88 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using an online questionnaire distributed through the Lampung NCTZEN WhatsApp group. The results of the analysis using the bootstrapping method showed a T-statistic value of 6.369 and a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). The effect size (f²) value was 0.410, indicating a large effect, thus supporting the rejection of H0. The conclusion of this study is that the use of application X significantly affects digital literacy among NCTZEN. Keywords: Application X, Digital Literacy, NCTZEN, SEM-PLS.
