Abstract
ABSTARCT Conventional and Islamic banking serve as pillars of a trustbased economy, with their main function being intermediation between surplus and deficit units. Liquidity is a key indicator of a bank's ability to perform its intermediary function and the quality of its fund management. In Islamic banking, the level of liquidity is measured through the Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), which is influenced by internal factors (financial ratios) and external factors (macroeconomic conditions). This study aims to examine the effect of asset quality, capital adequacy, and macroeconomic conditions on the liquidity stability of Islamic banks. This research is quantitative research using secondary data from the official websites of OJK, BI, and quarterly bank financial reports. The population consists of all Islamic commercial banks registered with OJK, and the sample consists of six Islamic commercial banks selected using purposive sampling. The analysis method uses panel data regression with model selection tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests (t-test, F-test, and R²) at a 5% significance level. Based on the results of panel data analysis using the appropriate Random Effect Model, the partial test (t-test) shows that asset quality (NPF) has a negative and significant effect on the liquidity stability of Islamic banks, capital adequacy (CAR) has a positive and significant effect on the liquidity stability of Islamic banks, and macroeconomic conditions (inflation) have a negative and significant effect on the liquidity stability of Islamic banks. The simultaneous test (F test) results prove that the three independent variables together have a significant effect on the dependent variable.
