Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan tentang implementasi layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik assertive dalam mereduksi perilaku konformitas negatif peserta didik di MTs Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah mengenai perilaku konformitas negatif pada peserta didik, jadi perilaku konformitas negatif yang dialami peserta didik harus di berikan intervensi oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah melalui layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik assertive dalam mereduksi perilaku konformitas negatif pada peserta didik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data, menggunakan triangulasi yakni observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang melibatkan guru bimbingan dan konseling yang bertugas serta menangani masalah peserta didik di MTs Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung. Tahap perencanaan yang dilakukan oleh guru BK adalah menganalisis kebutuhan peserta didik, menentukan tempat dan waktu pelaksanaan layanan, membuat materi pembelajaran, membuat tujuan dan arah layanan konseling, menentukan metode dan teknik dasar serta menyiapkan sarana yaitu ruang BK yang nyaman, serta guru BK juga menyiapkan RPL yang sesuai dengan permasalahan yang dialami oleh peserta didik. Selanjutnya guru BK melaksanakan layanan konseling kelompok sesuai dengan RPL yang telah di rencanakan. Pada tahap evaluasi guru BK bekerja sama dengan guru wali kelas, guru mapel lain, serta wali murid untuk memantau perubahan perilaku peserta didik. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa pelaksanaan layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik assertive dalam mereduksi perilaku konformitas negatif pada peserta didik di MTs Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung telah dilaksanakan oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling dengan baik dan sangat membantu peserta didik dalam mereduksi perilaku konformitas negatif. Kata Kunci : Layanan Konseling Kelompok, Assertive, Mereduksi Konformitas Negatif ii ABSTRACT This study describes the implementation of group counseling services with assertive techniques in reducing students' negative conformity behavior at MTs Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung. The problem in this study is about negative conformity behavior in students, so negative conformity behavior experienced by students must be given intervention by guidance and counseling teachers in schools through group counseling services with assertive techniques in reducing negative conformity behavior in students. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection techniques, using triangulation, namely observation, interviews and documentation involving guidance and counseling teachers who are in charge and handling student problems at MTs Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung. The planning stage carried out by BK teachers is to analyze the needs of students, determine the place and time of service implementation, create learning materials, make the goals and directions of counseling services, determine basic methods and techniques and prepare facilities, namely a comfortable BK room, and BK teachers also prepare RPL that is in accordance with the problems experienced by students. Furthermore, BK teachers carry out group counseling services in accordance with the planned RPL. At the evaluation stage, BK teachers work together with homeroom teachers, other mapel teachers, and parents to monitor changes in student behavior. The results of this study stated that the implementation of group counseling services with assertive techniques in reducing negative conformity behavior in students at MTs Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung has been carried out by guidance and counseling teachers well and is very helpful for students in reducing negative conformity behavior.
