Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh permasalahan yang ada Pada SD Negeri 23 Prabumulih Sumatera Selatan yaitu rendahnya pemahaman konsep ipas siswa. Permasalahan tersebut peneliti ketahui berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara yang peneliti lakukan di lapangan. Pada saat proses pembelajaran ipas, guru masih menggunakan papan tulis dan gambar yang terdapat pada buku IPAS. Salah satu penyebab rendahnya pemahaman konsep ipas peserta didik yaitu belum optimalnya variasi dan inovasi pendidik dalam penggunaan model pembelajaran, guru hanya menggunakan model quantum learning yang tercantum di dalam modul ajar. Dalam hal ini peneliti mengimplementasikan desain model quantum learning. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model quantum learning berbantuan e-modul interaktif terhadap pemahaman konsep ipas peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri 23 Prabumulih Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen dan bentuk penelitiannya yaitu quasi experimental design dengan jenis pretest posttest control group design. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu seluruh peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri 23 Prabumulih Sumatera Selatan, dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling atau pengambilan sampel berdasarkan kelas, sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 62 peserta didik untuk kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara melakukan test awal pembelajaran (pretest) dan tes akhir pembelajaran (posttest) yang telah dilakukan uji validitas dengan hasil valid. Pengolahan data dari hasil uji normalitas dan homogenitas dihitung dengan menggunakan SPSS 25, diperoleh bahwa data hasil tes dari kedua kelas sampel tersebut normal dan homogen sehingga untuk pengujian hipotesis dapat digunakan independent T-test pemahaman konsep ipas peserta didik dengan taraf signifikan 5% hasilnya yaitu 0,000 < 0,05 dengan kesimpulan Ho ditolak sehingga H1 diterima yaitu terdapat pengaruh model quantum learning berbantuan e-modul interaktif terhadap pemahaman konsep ipas peserta didik kelass V SD Negeri 23 Prabumulih Sumatera Selatan. This problem was identified through observations and interviews conducted in the field. During the science teaching process, teachers still used whiteboards and pictures found in science textbooks. One cause of students' low understanding of science concepts is the lack of variety and innovation in the use of learning models by educators. Teachers only used the quantum learning model listed in the teaching module. In this case, the researchers implemented a quantum learning model design. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the quantum learning model, supported by an interactive e-module, on students' understanding of science concepts in fifth-grade students at State Elementary School 23 Prabumulih, South Sumatra. This research was a quantitative experimental study using a quasi experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group design. The population was all fifth-grade students at State Elementary School 23 Prabumulih, South Sumatra. The sample was selected using cluster random sampling, resulting in 62 students for the experimental and control classes. The data collection technique was carried out by conducting an initial learning test (pretest) and a final learning test (posttest) which had been tested for validity with valid results. Data processing from the results of the normality and homogeneity tests was calculated using SPSS 25, obtained that the test results data from both sample classes were normal and homogeneous. Therefore, for hypothesis testing, an independent T-test can be used to understand the concept of science students with a significance level of 5%, the result is 0.000 <0.05 with the conclusion that Ho is rejected so that H1 is accepted, namely there is an effect of the quantum learning model assisted by interactive e-modules on the understanding of science concepts of grade V students of SD Negeri 23 Prabumulih, South Sumatra.
