Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul “Sistem Informasi Reservasi Dan Pemesanan Jasa Cuci Kendaraan di BC Wash Sukarame Menggunakan Metode Prototype”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis web yang dapat membantu proses , pemesanan layanan, serta pengelolaan data pelanggan dan transaksi di BC Wash Sukarame secara lebih efektif dan efisien. Sebelum adanya sistem, proses pemesanan masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga menimbulkan antrean, keterlambatan pelayanan, dan kesulitan dalam pengelolaan data. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem Prototype, yang meliputi tahapan pengumpulan kebutuhan, perancangan, pembuatan Prototype, pengujian, serta evaluasi pengguna. Teknologi yang digunakan dalam pembangunan sistem meliputi Next.js sebagai frontend framework, Supabase sebagai backend database, Tailwind CSS untuk tampilan antarmuka serta JSON Web Token (JWT) sebagai mekanisme autentikasi untuk menjaga keamanan akses admin. Sistem diimplementasikan berbasis web agar dapat diakses secara fleksibel oleh pelanggan dan admin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi yang dikembangkan telah mampu mengotomatisasi proses pemesanan, penjadwalan, dan pencatatan transaksi, sehingga mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan serta mempercepat pelayanan pelanggan. Fitur utama yang disediakan meliputi pemesanan , pelacakan status, layanan antar jemput kendaraan, program loyalitas pelanggan, serta pengelolaan data layanan dan cabang. Namun, fitur penjadwalan masih bersifat manual dan belum real-time, sedangkan fitur cabang disiapkan untuk pengembangan jangka panjang karena BC Wash belum memiliki cabang tambahan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian menggunakan delapan domain utama ISO/IEC 25010, yaitu Functional Suitability, Performance Efficiency, Compatibility, Usability, Reliability, Security, Maintainability, dan Portability, diperoleh hasil dengan kategori baik hingga sangat baik, yang berarti sistem telah memenuhi standar kualitas perangkat lunak. Dengan demikian, sistem ini dinilai layak digunakan serta dapat membantu BC Wash Sukarame dalam meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pelayanan. ABSTRACT This research is entitled "Information System for Reservation and Ordering of Vehicle Washing Services at BC Wash Sukarame Using Prototype Method". aims to design and develop a web-based information system that supports the booking process, service management, and the administration of customer and transaction data at BC Wash Sukarame more effectively and efficiently. Prior to the development of this system, the booking process was conducted manually, resulting in long queues, service delays, and difficulties in managing data. The research employs the Prototype system development method, consisting of requirements gathering, system design, prototype creation, testing, and user evaluation. The technologies used in building the system include Next.js as the frontend framework, Supabase as the backend database, Tailwind CSS for the user interface, and JSON Web Token (JWT) as the authentication mechanism to secure admin access. The system is implemented as a web-based platform to ensure flexible access for both customers and administrators. The results indicate that the developed information system successfully automates the booking process, scheduling, and transaction recording, thereby reducing data entry errors and accelerating customer service. The main features include online booking, status tracking, vehicle pick-up and delivery services, customer loyalty programs, and the management of service data and branch information. However, the scheduling feature is still manual and not yet real-time, while the branch management feature is prepared for long-term development since BC Wash currently operates without additional branches. Based on testing using the eight main domains of ISO/IEC 25010— Functional Suitability, Performance Efficiency, Compatibility, Usability, Reliability, Security, Maintainability, and Portability—the system achieved results in the “good” to “very good” categories, indicating that it meets software quality standards. Therefore, the system is considered feasible for use and capable of improving the effectiveness and efficiency of services at BC Wash Sukarame.
