Abstract

ABSTRAK HUBUNGAN LITERASI DIGITAL DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR DENGAN SELF-DIRECTED LEARNING DALAM PEMBELAJARAN BIOLOGI SISWA KELAS X SMA Oleh: Apriliyanti Septiani Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari rendahnya kemampuan peserta didik dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital secara optimal serta kurangnya motivasi belajar yang berdampak pada rendahnya kemandirian belajar, penelitian ini,menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 14 Bandar Lampung dengan sampel penelitian yang ditentukan melalui Teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar observasi literasi digital dan self-directed leraning, serta angket literasi digital,motivasi belajar,dan self-directed learning yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment dan diuji dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara literasi digital dengan self directed learning dengan nilai korelasi r= 0,197, sedangkan motivasi belajar memiliki hubungan yang kuat dengan self-directed learning dengan nilai korelasi r= 0,245 dan signifikansi p=0,004. Hasil uji t menunjukkan kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan, dengan kontribusi literasi digital sebesar Beta= 0,222. Uji F menghasilkan nilai f hitung= 6,534 dengan signifikansi p= 0,002 (<0,05) yang berarti literasi digital dan motivasi belajar secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap self-directed learning Dengan demikian, Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi peserta didik,pendidik, maupun pihak sekolah dalam menentuan strategi pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Kata Kunci: Literasi Digital, Motivasi Belajar, Self-Directed Learning, Biologi iii ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the relationship between digital literacy and learning motivation with self-directed learning in biology learning among tenth grade high school students. The background of this research is the low ability of students to optimally utilize digital technology as well as the lack of learning motivation, which impacts their low level of independent learning. This research employed a quantitative method with a correlational design. The population consisted of all tenth-grade students at SMA Negeri 14 Bandar Lampung, with the sample selected using a random sampling technique. The research instruments included digital literacy, learning motivation, and self-directed learning questionnaires, all of which had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was conducted using Pearson Product Moment correlation and multiple regression tests with the assistance of SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between digital literacy and self-directed learning with a correlation value of r = 0.197, while learning motivation has a stronger relationship with self-directed learning with a correlation value of r = 0.245 and a significance level of p = 0.004. The t-test results show that both variables significantly influence self�directed learning, with the contribution of digital literacy at Beta = 0.167 and learning motivation at Beta = 0.222. The F-test yields an Fcount = 6.534 with a significance level of p = 0.002 (<0.05), which means that digital literacy and learning motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on self-directed learning. Therefore, it can be concluded that learning motivation plays a more dominant role than digital literacy in improving students’ self-directed learning. This study is expected to provide valuable input for students, educators, and schools in developing more effective and efficient learning strategies.
