Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh hasil belajar peserta didik kelas V SD Muhammadiyah 1 Bandar Lampung yang masih rendah. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe practice rehearsal pairs terhadap hasil belajar Ipas di kelas V di SD/MI. Jenis penelitian ini mengunakan penelitian kuantitatif dan mengunakan eksperimen (quasi ecperiment) dengan desain penlitian pretest-posttest. Populasi penelitian ini ialah seluruh siswa kelas V dengan jumlah 126 siswa. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 63 siswa yaitu Va sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe practice rehearsal pairs dan kelas Vb sebagai kelas kontrol dengan model pembelajaran problem based learning. Data diperoleh dengan isntrumen tes berjumlah 30 soal pretest dan 30 soal posttest yang divalidasi oleh validator. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh model koopertaif tipe practice rehearsal pairs terhadap hasil belajar siswa. penlitian pada hasil belajar dengan menggunakan uji t Berdasarkan Independent Samples t-test, diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 (< 0.05), sehingga hipotesis nol (H₀) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (Hₐ) diterima. Dengan demikian, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar posttest siswa pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Selisih rata-rata sebesar 14.757 menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran koopertaif tipe practice rehersal pairs terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas V di SD/MI Kata Kunci : Practice Rehearsal Pairs, Pembelajaran Kooperatif, Hasil Belajar, IPAS ii ABSTRACT This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Bandar Lampung. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the cooperative learning model, practice rehearsal pairs, on social studies learning outcomes in fifth-grade elementary schools (SD/MI). This study employed quantitative research and a quasi experimental design with a pretest-posttest. The population was all 126 fifth-grade students. The sample size was 63 students: Class VA as the experimental class using the cooperative learning model, practice rehearsal pairs, and Class VB as the control class using the problem based learning model. Data were obtained using a test instrument consisting of 30 pretest and 30 posttest questions, validated by a validator. The results indicate an effect of the cooperative learning model, practice rehearsal pairs, on student learning outcomes. Research on learning outcomes using the t-test Based on the Independent Samples t-test, a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05) was obtained, so the null hypothesis (H₀) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Hₐ) was accepted. Thus, there was a significant difference between the posttest learning outcomes of students in the experimental class and the control class. The average difference of 14.757 indicates that there is an influence of the cooperative learning model of the practice rehersal pairs type on the learning outcomes of fifth-grade students in elementary schools/Islamic elementary schools.
