Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil analisis kemampuan literasi digital siswa kelas XI di SMAN 3 Bandar Lampung masih tergolong kurang baik. Selain itu, nilai ulangan harian sebagian besar siswa pada materi sistem gerak masih tergolong rendah. Sebagian besar siswa merasa kesulitan untuk mempelajari materi sistem gerak terutama karena banyaknya nama ilmiah yang sulit untuk dihafal. Di samping itu, dijumpai juga masih kurangnya pemanfaatan media digital seperti chatbot website selama pembelajaran di kelas. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui prosedur pengembangan, kelayakan, respon guru dan siswa, serta efektivitas chatbot website dalam melatih literasi digital siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahap sistematis: Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, dan Evaluate, melibatkan ahli (materi, media, bahasa) serta guru dan siswa dari dua sekolah berbeda, dengan instrumen berupa angket dan soal tes multiple choice. Adapun teknik analisis yang digunakan yakni deskriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil validasi, chatbot website memperoleh kategori "Cukup Layak" ahli materi (55%), serta "Layak" dari ahli media (62%) dan ahli bahasa (61%). Respon guru termasuk "Cukup Menarik" (rata-rata 55%), sementara respons siswa lebih baik, yaitu "Menarik" (rata-rata 72%). Dari uji efektivitas, diperoleh skor N-Gain sebesar 0,7 (kategori "Sedang"), dengan rata-rata skor nilai 66% ("Cukup Efektif") dan skor angket literasi digital 67% ("Baik"). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa chatbot website ini cukup layak dan menarik untuk digunakan, serta cukup efektif dalam melatih literasi digital siswa, terbukti dari adanya peningkatan kemampuan literasi digital siswa dari kategori "kurang baik" menjadi "Baik". Kata Kunci: Artificial Intelligence, Chatbot, Literasi Digital, Media Pembelajaran, Sistem Gerak. iii ABSTRACT The background of this research is based on the analysis results, which show that the digital literacy skills of 11th-grade students at SMAN 3 Bandar Lampung are still relatively poor. Furthermore, the daily test scores of most students in the musculoskeletal system material are still low. Most students find it difficult to learn the musculoskeletal system material, mainly because of the numerous scientific names that are hard to memorize. In addition, there is a lack of utilization of digital media, such as a website chatbot, during classroom learning. Therefore, the objectives of this study are to determine the development procedure, the feasibility, the response of teachers and students, and the effectiveness of the website chatbot in training students' digital literacy skills. This research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which consists of five systematic stages: Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate. The study involved experts (material, media, language) as well as teachers and students from two different schools, with instruments in the form of questionnaires and multiple-choice tests. The data analysis technique used was descriptive quantitative. Based on the validation results, the website chatbot was categorized as "Moderately Feasible" by the language expert (61%) and the material expert (55%), and "Feasible" by the media expert (62%). The teacher response was categorized as "Moderately Interesting" (average 55%), while the student response was better, categorized as "Interesting" (average 72%). From the effectiveness test, an N-Gain score of 0.7 was obtained (in the "Medium" category), with an average score of 66% (in the "Moderately Effective" category) and a digital literacy questionnaire average score of 67% (in the "Good" category). Based on these results, it can be concluded that the website chatbot is moderately feasible and interesting to use, and is quite effective in training students' digital literacy skills, as evidenced by the improvement in students' digital literacy skills from the "poor" to the "Good" category.
