Abstract

ABSTRAK Gangguan kecemasan merupakan dampak psikologis yang sering dialami oleh korban kekerasan seksual, menghambat pemulihan dan kualitas hidup mereka. Kekerasan seksual merupakan trauma berat yang sering menimbulkan gangguan kecemasan pada korban, seperti PTSD, serangan panik, dan ketakutan berlebihan. Hipnoterapi, sebagai salah satu pendekatan psikoterapi, dinilai efektif dalam membantu korban mengakses memori traumatis secara aman dan mengubah respons emosional terhadap pengalaman tersebut. Yang terjadi di Graha Hipnoterapi Metro Lampung gangguan kecemasan pada korban kekerasan seksual permasalahan yang dimiliki klien yaitu trauma di masa lalu, akibat percintaan, korban kebutuhan seksual, dan lingkungan pergaulan yang tidak sehat. Sehingga klien yang mengalami gangguan kecemasan akibat menjadi korban kekerasan seksual di Graha Hipnoterapi Metro Lampung Perlu diberikan hipnoterapi, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui proses hipnoterapi dalam menangani gangguan kecemasan pada korban kekerasan seksual di Graha Hipnoterapi Metro Lampung. dengan penelitian Jenis penelitian ini yaitu field research (penelitian lapangan), sifat metode kualitatif deskriptif yaitu menggambarkan secara lengkap data yang diperoleh dari wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Dalam penelitian ini pemilihan informan menggunakan studi kasus yaitu 5 klien yang terdiri 4 klien dewasa, 1 klien di bawah umur gangguan kecemasan dan 1 Direktur utama sekaligus terapi Graha Hipnoterapi Metro Lampung. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian, menunjukan tahapan proses hipnoterapi terhadap klien yang mengalami gangguan kecemasan korban kekerasan seksual yang menjadi klien di Graha Hipnoterapi Metro Lampung meliputi 6 langkah yaitu: diawali dengan yang pertama pre-induction dimana terapis membangun rapport atau membangun kepercayaan dengan klien, mengidentifikasi permasalahan klien dan menentukan tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam proses hipnoterapi. Kedua induction dimana prosesnya si klien yang mengalami gangguan kecemasan dibuat rileks dari beta, alpha, dan theta hingga masuk kedalam trance yang lebih dalam. Ketiga deepening yang membuat klien untuk lebih fokus dari pada sebelumnya dengan cara membuatnya sangat nyaman dengan keadaan yang sedang terjadi. Keempat hypnotic suggestion untuk memberikan sugesti kepada klien agar sembuh sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Kelima termination yaknik menormalkan kembali keadaan klien seperti sedia kala tanpa menghapus sugesti yang telah ditanamkan pada pikiran bawah sadar klien. Keenam evaluasi dari proses hipnoterapi dinilai memberikan dampak perubahan yang sesuai berdasarkan tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari proses hipnoterapi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa setelah diberikan hipnoterapi kepada klien gangguan kecemasan korban kekerasan seksual yang menjadi klien di Graha Hipnoterapi Metro Lampung dapat memberikan perubahan yang sangat baik dengan tujuan yang hendak dicapai. Kata Kunci : Hipnoterapi, Gangguan Kecemasan. ABSTRACT Anxiety disorders are a psychological impact that victims of sexual violence, hinder their recovery and quality of life. Sexual violence is a heavy trauma that often causes anxiety disorders, such as PTSD, panic attacks, and excessive fears. Hypnotherapy, as one of the psychotherapy approaches, is evaluated effectively in helping the victims access to traumatis memory peacefully and changing the emotional response to the experience. What occurred in Graha Hipnoterapy Metro Lampung Anxiety Disorders in the Sexual Victims of client -owned problems were trauma in the past, due to romance, sexual abuse, and unnatural association. So that clients with anxiety disorders due to sexual violence victims in Graha Hypnotherapy Metro Lampung should be given hypnotherapy, the purpose of this study is to know the hypnotherapy process in dealing with anxiety disorders in the sexual violence in the Metro Lampung Graha Graha. This type of research is Field Research (Field Research), with the research nature of descriptive qualitative methods that are completely describing the data obtained from interviews, documentation and observations. In this study the selection of informants using case studies, namely 5 clients consisting of 4 adult clients, 1 underage client disorder of anxiety and 1 President Director as well as Metro Lampung hypnotherapy therapy. Data analysis techniques in this study are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results, showing the stages of the hypnotherapy process against clients who experienced anxiety disorders of sexual violence that became clients in the Lampung Metro Hypnotherapy Graha included 6 steps, namely: Beginning with the first pre-induction in which the therapist builds rapport or building trust with clients, identifying client problems and determining the goals to be achieved in the hypnotherapy process. The two induction where the process is the client who experiences anxiety disorders is relaxed from beta, alpha, and theta until it enters into a deeper trance. The three deepenings that make clients more focused than before by making it very comfortable with the situation that is happening. The four hypnotic suggestion to provide suggestions to clients to recover as expected. The fifth termination is normalizing the client's condition as before without removing the suggestion that has been implanted in the client's subconscious mind. The six evaluation of the hypnotherapy process is considered to have an appropriate impact of change based on the objectives to be achieved from the hypnotherapy process. Based on the results of the study, it is known that after being given hypnotherapy to clients the anxiety disorder of victims of sexual violence that became clients in the Lampung Metro Hypnotherapy Graha can provide excellent changes with the goals to be achieved.
